Beautiful, would stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel , close to the town square. Very friendly staff. Nothing was to much to ask for. Very comfy bed and quirky style (but very nice) bathroom. Excellent breakfast and service.

Cons:

Only very minor. The central patio area has tables and chairs and not much shade. Would have preferred more comfortable chairs with more shading.
Some of the breakfast fruit offered wasn’t yet ripe.

Gem in Syros
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Castro in Syros. The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind, especially with our little one, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty products, and everything felt carefully prepared.

A lovely hotel with a warm and personal atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back next time we are in Syros. Highly recommended!

Η τοποθεσία, η αρχιτεκτονική, το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Cons:

Δεν είναι ότι δεν μας άρεσε απλά τα γράφουμε ως προτάσεις για βελτίωση. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο για 5αστερο ξενοδοχείο. Συγκεκριμένα να είχε γλυκές επιλογές καταλόγου και όχι μόνο αλμυρές με αυγά, όπως pancakes, βάφλες κλπ. Επίσης έλειπαν συριανά προϊόντα που θα θέλαμε να δούμε.
Το WiFi ήταν ανύπαρκτο.
Θα μπορούσε να έχει κάπου ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ όπως άλλα ξενοδοχείο στην περιοχή

Quarto interior e escuro
Num dos dias quando cheguei para tomar o pequeno-almoço no horário em que me disseram ser servido já haviam retirado o buffet.
A meu pedido trouxeram me uma omolete seca pão duro e fatias de fiambre num prato.
No dia do check out tive de sair por causa do voo às. 9h, já tinha pedido para me reservarem um táxi.
De novo o pequeno-almoço não estava disponível e após ter insistido para me prepararem algo, com mais modos voltaram a trazer me uma omolete seca e duas fatias de pão duro, como se fosse uma esmola.
O hotel não é um cinco estrelas. Há hotéis com três estrelas melhores.
Falta de profissionalismo exigidos em qualquer estabelecimento e sobretudo quando se cobra mais de €300 por noite.
