central location, boutique style hotel.
Pros:

Close proximity to old town and beach area. Modern rooms and good shower. We had a small balcony overlooking plaza. Cathedral was next door. We had breakfast, which was good quality. Did not eat an evening meal , but spoke with a couple who had and said was very good.

Cons:

Could only get single beds after having booked many months before. The beds were comfortable.

Good stay to explore San Sebastian. More on the pricy side.
Pros:

Great location to explore San Sebastian. Walking distance to the beach and the old town. Basically leasing the hotel and you are in the new town.
Room and hotel in general nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

Well, it is not that the hotel in general is not good, it is because of what we paid for the room and what one should expect a such price levels. Hotel staff is attentive, but borderline to be perceived unfriendly. I was unable to get a cup of coffee in the morning as they only served breakfast buffet, which we did not book.
Lastly, the mattress - well we did not sleep bad - however, they should be renewed.

Lovely stay…we would not hesitate to book again.
Pros:

All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. Amazing location…we were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, old town and shopping . Bus and train stations are also a short walk. Hotel is clean and bright, lovely view of the neighborhood from the balcony.

Pros:

We loved our stay here. Location was great, didn’t feel super touristy and only a 10 minute walk to all the popular Pinxtos! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the view of the cathedral was very nice. Staff was super helpful with recommendations.

Horrible stay inside out, uncomfortable beds and really bad hotel manager.
Pros:

Really nothing good about the hotel especially the hotel manager.

Cons:

Unhelpful staff and horrible manager who calls himself a hotelier! Owners should fire him immediately.

Pros:

Très soigné et propre, super bien situé au pied de la cathédrale et à 7 minutes de tout : des deux gares (Renfe ou Euskotren) et de la plage (Kontxa Hondartza) !

Cons:

Malgré le rideau fin on ressent un vis-à-vis dans la salle de bain qui marque un manque d'intimité avec les voisins d'en face (tout dépends de quel côté votre chambre est situé surement)
