We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Cambridge short break
Pros:

Location - giving easy access to the City centre, plenty of public transport to use if preferred. Very clean and new area giving a continental feeling..
Excellent breakfast, with super staff at all points of the organisation.

Cons:

Given the continuing development a shortage of eateries within walking distance from for evening's should improve. Otherwise not a lot.

Disappointed, it was a great hotel two years ago but it’s gone downhill
Pros:

Rhys and Sol were really lovely and helpful
Beds are comfortable

Cons:

Cleanliness - our first room was extremely unclean
The attitude of some of the staff
The whole place needs a deep clean
Breakfast was expensive for what it was
Car park gets full very quickly

Nous reviendrons !
Pros:

L'indépendance d'avoir un studio complètement équipé est très appréciable. Nous étions entourées par la nature dans ce quartier encore en développement mais qui propose déjà de bons commerces. Le quartier est également très calme bien qu'un peu excentré (trajet en bus vers le centre rapide sinon à pied bonne balade).
Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et avons pu interagir avec un personnel à l'écoute.

Great location but bring your own pillow.
Pros:

Wonderful service from a guy called Reece. Great location.

Cons:

The thermostat wasn’t working properly so the room was too hot. Reece tried to resolve it in the morning. Clean and very functional for a base but the pillows were terrible - felt like a folded towel.

Good but the room needs a few improvements
Pros:

Great location, Uber/taxi ride away from centre

Cons:

The room was a wet room but didn’t drain which meant the entire bathroom flooded when having a shower. The water was nearly in the bedroom. The wire from the towel radiator was dangerously close to the water pooling on the floor.
Unable to turn on heating so the room was freezing

Shiny outside, unfit inside
Pros:

Conveniently located, quiet, reasonably easy to find, the supermarket and cafe' are very near.

Cons:

While the building is new and shiny, it has not really been designed with humans in mind.
The bathroom: No space for hanging clothes, very limited shelves, the shower was ok
The "kitchen": No minimal supply of essentials (oil, salt, pepper, kitchen towels), and, as usual, the vent didn't work.
The door-windows: They get stuck in the curtains constantly, they lock by themselves, one was completely shut and couldn't open.
The bed: it's the weirdest mattress, not really uncomfortable, but very strange "sinking" feel to it.
The parking: £20 a day is a theft. Regardless, I was charged twice (Arrived at 4pm, left at 6pm, paid £20. Returned at 8pm, left at 8am, paid another £20). The hotel promised a refund, which has yet to materialise.
I flagged this possibility on 3 separate occasion to the front of house, receiving a patronising answer -> Unfortunately, I was correct. They later apologised and declare this a "glitch" -> no such thing, if you enter twice on a day, you'll end up paying double. Very disappointed by our stay in this vivarium (check the movie for more!)

Pros:

i liked that it was a studio so i could make my own food and had a bigger space. Also really liked the decor

Comfortable and clean and tidy.
Pros:

Lovely had everything you need.Clean and tidy lovely balcony lovely view.The beds were incredible,probaly the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in,including my own.
