Exceeded expectation - impressed. Definitely stay again.
Pros:

Far exceeded expectation. Perfect after a long day, booked a 1 bedroom. Facilities were perfect. Clean. Home from home. Wish every place I book is like this!

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Good night's sleep. Homely apartment. TV casting was great.
Reception staff were positive and upbeat, particularly Kai.

Cons:

WiFi was frighteningly variable. This was possibly due to a large corporate event. I was interviewing (from 2601) for a job I would really like. The Zoom meeting lost all my audio and video about ten times in 45 minutes. When I tested the speed, via Ookla, it was either 30 or 120 Mbps or 1... This feels like it could be sorted fairly easily with a little network management configuration.

Pros:

The bed was legit the best hotel bed I've ever slept on, the apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, huge shower, supermarket round the corner.

Cons:

The sofa was super uncomfortable.

I'd use it again!
Pros:

Reliable bus service into Cambridge centre. Good shops nearby. Plenty of space and storage in apartment. Good shower. Lots of saucepans etc.

Cons:

Cooker hood and dishwasher didn't work. Minimal amount of crockery and cutlery. Only ventilation by patio door.

Beware of hidden extras before booking
Pros:

Really comfy bed and nice bed linen

Cons:

I booked this property as it said it had aircon and I could bring my dog. However a few days before we arrived after I’d already booked on a non refundable rate I was told it would be £40 extra for the dog. And the aircon didn’t work in our room. I paid extra for breakfast but didn’t expect to have to pay £9 for my two year old for breakfast as well who basically only had a small bowl of cereal and a small amount of orange juice. The car park you can’t pre book and when we arrived the receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful.
