The AC wasn’t working and the ac was only in the living room. We landed from the US (we’re spoilt in the US with AC everywhere ) and had an unpleasant shock. My mother and nephew couldn’t sleep in the bedrooms and we all sprawled out on the floor in the living room at night. It made for a good camp like night .

The first night we got a room with a connecting door to the next room. It was not sound proof and felt like you slept in a dorm (you can hear coupling and conversations and scrolling short videos). The second night we requested a different room without connecting doors and the sound proof was much better. The air conditioning did not work for both rooms and it can get very warm during the evening. The cleanness was only passable. Bathroom already had black mold and unpleasant smell which was surprising for a new facility like this. The electrical charger in the parking did not work.

It was marketed as having AC which was part of the reason for booking it. The air con. wasn't working and staff said they had been having issues for a while. As the window in the room hardly opens & couldn't be opened further it wasn't a pleasant nights sleep.

Unfortunately the aircon was not working in our room, which if dealt with correctly, we’d have been fine with. We instead had to visit reception three times with the final time being resolved by changing to another room. We were first told that the unit needed to be reset, this would take 30 minutes and they’d bring a fan. After an hour and 30 minutes we went back down to say we hadn’t received a fan, nor was the aircon fixed. We were told there were no other rooms with aircon and that they would get us a fan. Then after a few minutes they decided aircon was working in another room and gave us a room key. We went to move our belongings but when we got to the new room the key did not work. So another visit down to reception. Again, usually we’d laugh about it, but the staff seemed very unsympathetic and unfortunately unhelpful. Although the issue was finally resolved it was nearly 1am by the time we got to bed. I know these things sometimes can’t be helped, but the lack of care received when we said the aircon wasn’t working on a very hot night, was a bit disappointing. We got a partial refund for our stay, but improvement need to be made for situations like ours.

We didn't know you had to put the keycard into a holder in order to turn on the lights. Other than that no complaints!

The AC was broken but the property did not inform me ahead

The air conditioner was not functioning well, making the room quite warm. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the hangers were dusty and could have been cleaned better.

Climatisation en panne et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de plus de 10cm pour faire de l'air la nuit. Situation très inconfortable et difficile de dormir dans un studio à 30 degrés. Le sol n'était pas propre ni la cuisine. Canapé une place très dur et télé située au dessus de la table, compliqué pour se détendre ! Studio bruyant car école primaire en face.

The air conditioner did not work, the staff first said they will have it fixed, then said they cannot fix it, nor can change the room, but can provide us with a fan, which they finally could not provide.

Aircon was broken and no option to fix or change rooms.
