房間超大整體上是舒適也乾淨，有空間大。

Cons:

唯獨電梯裡面味道不好聞（地毯已經發霉潮濕），而且出電梯房門前走廊區味道也不好聞（也是發霉潮濕）

這間民宿超乎預期,如果是多人或家庭,絕對大推
1.大馬路邊，叫車容易，上下車方便
2.民宿旁就有一間全家,7-11 Lawson也不遠
3.民宿100公尺就有一間Aeon Max valu和一間藥妝超市
4.民宿旁50公尺就有收費停車場，適合自駕
5.房內設備的電器完善，都是知名日系品牌
6.有洗衣機，浴室可以還可以烘衣服
7.離地鐵站和知名早市不遠，路程15~20分用走的就可以到中洲屋台，天神商圈，博多車站等等
8.空間四大床，室內10幾坪，行李隨便放
9.超大陽台,活動空間十足，而且一層一戶非常有隱密性
10.大家很在意的洗澡水量~~超強請放100個心
11.在現在被炒高的福岡住宿來說，真的很划算，以一家四口的家庭來說。

唯一美中不足，隔音可能較不好，除非很敏感的人，不然其實還好

4인가족 또는 친구가 사용하기엔 모자라지 않는 숙소!!!

Cons:

4일숙박이였는데 청소를 한번도 해주지 않았어요.
2박후 청소한번은 해주면 좋겠네요.
그렇다고 특별히 지져분하진 않았지만...
잘 쉬다 왔슴니다.

This hotel has meet my expectation for the stay in Fukuoka and my family is very pleased with it.
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room, Fully equipped with all facilities as required.

Cons:

It will be good if there is a mirror at toilet room for clothes changing purposes.
