Cons:

Arrivés à l’adresse convenu, ils nous dit qu’ils ont réservé notre chambre et qu’il nous envoie dans un autre hôtel. Une fois arrivée dans cette hôtel on nous donne deux cartes pour la chambre et on nous explique qu’il va falloir marcher environ 500m avec nos bagages vers un bâtiment. Une fois arrivée nous découvrons un vieux bâtiment, l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désiré, toilette sale (trace de merde à l’intérieur), douche vétuste, lit cassé et chambre sale. A fuirent !!!

Je suis très déçue par mon expérience. Après avoir parcouru plus de 300 km pour arriver à Sanremo, j'ai reçu un appel de l'hôte vers 12 h m'informant qu'il y avait un problème d'eau dans la chambre. Au lieu de me proposer une solution ou un hébergement de remplacement, il m'a simplement demandé d'annuler ma réservation et de me débrouiller pour trouver un autre logement au dernier moment.
Ce manque d'organisation et de considération pour les voyageurs est inacceptable, surtout après un si long trajet. Heureusement, j'ai réussi à trouver une autre solution, mais cela m'a causé beaucoup de stress et a gâché le début de mon séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und stellt definitiv eines der größten Pluspunkte dar. Alles ist gut erreichbar, und die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm.

Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es kleinere sanitäre Probleme: Aus der Wand trat Wasser hervor, offenbar aufgrund eines Rohrbruchs. Der Schaden wurde jedoch zügig behoben; der Klempner war innerhalb weniger Stunden vor Ort und hat das Problem zuverlässig gelöst.

Im Zimmer selbst gibt es einen sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, der lediglich Platz für etwa zwei bis drei kleine Wasser- oder Cola-Fläschchen bietet. Zudem war die Kaffeemaschine leider nicht funktionsfähig, und es standen weder Tassen noch Teebeutel oder ähnliches zur Verfügung.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund seiner ausgezeichneten Lage empfehlenswert, allerdings besteht bei der Zimmerausstattung und Funktionsfähigkeit einzelner Geräte noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

An absolutely flawless stay with top-notch comfort and amazing hospitality!
Pros:

This brand-new hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The entire staff was fantastic, but a special shout-out goes to the housekeeping lady, who is exceptionally lovely, attentive, and hardworking. They really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

Cons:

There is honestly nothing to complain about regarding the hotel itself. The only tiny detail is that the elevator doors don’t close automatically, so if a guest forgets to close them, the lift gets stuck on that floor and you have to use the stairs. Luckily, being in good shape, this wasn't an issue for me at all, but it's good to keep in mind.

Propreté. Situation géographique

Cons:

Chambre ultra petite, moins de 1m50 m de large, impossible d'accéder au lit, sur toute la longueur, l’autre côté etant contre un mur.
Bruyante , odeur de canalisations omniprésente.
Du coup, chambre beaucoup trop chère .
