Ideal location and a fantastic stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms and air conditioned, which was appreciated with the extreme heat in July.

Pros:

I liked the location. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs

Cons:

It didn’t seem like the booking. There was no roof top bar and we stayed Next door and not in the hotel. The roof top bar is now a covered Japonaise restaurant. Our bed and pillows where hard and flat. Just can’t justify $200 a night for this place

La camera non era ben pulita, ma nulla di grave qualche svista. Purtroppo la nota dolente è sempre la piccola SPA, situazione catastrofica, la fontana del ghiaccio non era funzionante, la piccola stanza del sale cade a pezzi, la sauna ha la seduta superiore che non è fissata e a momenti mi rompevo le gambe, la piscina è molto carina ma acqua fredda e sporca. Ho segnalato il tutto ma la risposta è stata (abbiamo ristrutturato da poco.) poteva andare meglio ma per una notte va bene così.

Krótki wypad do Rzymu z delikatnym zawodem hotelem podobno ****
Pros:

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja to niewątpliwy atut tego hotelu.

Cons:

Nasz pokój okazał się być zlokalizowany w innym budynku, po przeciwnej stronie ulicy. Pokój był na pierwszym piętrze, ale z oknami od ruchliwej ulicy o brukowanej nawierzchni, a okna jakie są we Włoszech w tym klimacie każdy chyba wie.
Niestety był problem ze spuszczaniem wody w toalecie i bidecie. W zbiorniku toalety brakowało często wody, a bidetu nie dało się opróżnić z wody.
Niestety reklamowana luksusowa strefa Wellness & SPA, basen oraz jakuzzi okazały się dostępne wyłącznie po rezerwacji. Wynika to z tego, że obiekty te są bardzo małe, max dla 2-3 osób. Zarezerwowaliśmy strefę Wellness (max można na 1 godzinę), ale po pierwsze okazało się, że rezerwacja nie obejmuje basenu, a po drugie pomieszczenie jest tak małe, że nie ma nawet miejsca aby przebrać się odzieży (strefa nie jest w budynku z pokojem) / rozebrać się do sauny. Weszliśmy do środka, ale zapach pleśni i stęchlizny skutecznie nas zniechęcił do korzystania z „luksusowego” SPA. Jestem zawiedziony tym faktem, ponieważ SPA, basen i jakuzzi były dla nas ważne przy rezerwacji tego hotelu, albowiem zwyczajnie planowaliśmy codzienny relaks po całodniowym zwiedzaniu zabytków Rzymu.

Hotel nie zasługuje na **** najwyżej na 3.5. Pewnie miniaturowa strefa Wellness & SPA zdecydowała o takiej kwalifikacji obiektu.
