Disappointed
Pros:

Location was good, room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we booked there was a pool and public space to relax in. When we were there these were non existent. My husband doesn't keep well so I always look for somewhere I can spend time outwith our room while he has a necessary sleep. When we booked the hotel appeared to facilitate this. On arrival there was nothing. The breakfast wasn't up to much either

Friendly and helpful staff which made up for the tireddecor in the rooms . Stay was comfortable for three night stay in
Pros:

Location was prime for colosseum and some amazing restaurants

Cons:

The property advertised a spa and gym which were not available during our stay . The information needs to reflect this .
However the staff arranged to use another gym in a sister hotel

Excelente hotel, quartos confortáveis, amplos, limpeza total. Simpatia de todos os funcionários.
Pequeno almoço a carta, diferente do habitual, más muito bom.
Perto dos principais pontos de interesse e da Estação, para quem escolhe a opção de comboio ao chegar no aeroporto.

Cons:

Um pouco de barulho na rua, principalmente de manhã, mas também fica localizado numa rua movimentada

Great experience
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff and hotel was prime location to most monuments and train station. Cost of value was great and breakfast included was delicious. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again
