Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, logements spacieux et l'établissement nous a accompagné pour modifier la réservation à cause du typhon sans que l'on demande quoi que ce soit. Un grand merci!

必要な物が、揃ってる。
Pros:

外に砂を流せるシャワーがあった事、洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があった事もありがたかったです。昼間は、スタッフが滞在していて、レンタル品も多くて助かりました。
スタッフの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

エアコンの効きがイマイチでした。宮古島では、普通なのかな？台風で気温が高くなかったので、大丈夫でしたが。

很棒的住宿體驗～家庭旅遊大家都很滿意
Pros:

房間什麼都有，而且空間很大～餐具、瓦斯爐、烤箱、電鍋、微波爐，備品也很齊全，還有洗衣機，廁所也有乾燥設備，讓可以玩水的宮古島不用擔心衣服臭

水壓小、容易忽冷忽熱，有點可惜

最高でした
Pros:

近くにサンエイというスーパーがあったので、買い出しが便利だった
洗濯機と浴室乾燥が付いていたので、水着や着替えの服を洗濯、乾燥ができた
洗剤やシャンプーなども滞在中もらえて助かった

Cons:

欲を言えば、バスタオルや浴用タオルは毎日新しいものが欲しかった
海用品のレンタルをしていたので、パラソルを借りようとしたが、一つしかないと言われた。もう少し用意て欲しい

部屋のエアコンの前に壁があり壁に風が全部当たるため部屋が全く冷えない
アメニティはフロントまで取りに行かなければならず不便

室内が湿気がすごくカビ臭い。
ホテルを変更しようか迷った。
換気とディヒューザーは設置しておいて欲しい。
２階からの騒音がひどく、寝れなかった。

子連れ家族は一階がおすすめ
Pros:

洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があるので夜に干して翌朝乾くので便利。ベッドも寝ごごちが良い。
食料品の買い出しも車で5分かからないくらいの場所にスーパーがあるため困らない。
スタッフさんが優しかったです。

Cons:

2階に泊まったが構造上のせいか床に防音性がないため下の部屋に音が響きやすく小さい子連れには不向き。
普通に部屋を歩いていただけなのにうるさいと下の階に泊まっていた人からクレームがきた。
神経質な人が下の部屋に泊まっていたら最悪。
