Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Meerblick und freundlichem Service – Tattoo-Regelung leider großer Minuspunkt
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber, modern und komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht, hat man außerdem eine wirklich wunderschöne Aussicht.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat trotz der teilweise vorhandenen Sprachbarriere stets sein Bestes gegeben, um zu helfen.

Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lobby bzw. der gemeinsame Aufenthaltsbereich. Dieser ist sehr schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt beispielsweise eine Mikrowelle, Automat für heisses Wasser (und Kaffe) sodass man mitgebrachtes Essen aufwärmen und dort essen kann. Das Hotel selbst hat kein Restaurant, bietet aber einige gefrorene Speisen an, die man selbst aufwärmen kann. Außerdem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Getränken.

Cons:

Ein wirklich großer Minuspunkt ist leider das Bad: Trotz der sehr modernen und schönen Anlage dürfen Personen mit Tattoos das Bad nicht benutzen. Das ist besonders enttäuschend, da diese Einschränkung vorab nirgends wirklich klar kommuniziert wird. Hier wäre eine deutlichere Information bei der Buchung wünschenswert.

Auch Englisch ist für das Personal teilweise noch etwas schwierig, wobei sie sich trotzdem sehr bemühen und stets freundlich sind.

Für die Lage ist ein Auto eigentlich fast ein Muss. Allerdings sind die Parkplätze begrenzt, was bei einem voll belegten Hotel problematisch sein kann.

Die Lobby bzw. der Aufenthaltsbereich könnte außerdem etwas größer sein. Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, wird es dort zum Essen teilweise ziemlich eng. Da es in der näheren Umgebung eher wenige Restaurants gibt, ist dieser Bereich gerade dann besonders wichtig.

景色がよかった
自由に使えるラウンジもほどほどに充実。利用してる人もマナーのいい人だったので快適だった

Cons:

お風呂のシャワーが不調で調整するも、急に熱くなったり急に冷たくなったり。申し出たら、40度以下にしておくとある程度安定するのですが、と言われる。設備が不調で原因不明とのこと。先に言ってほしかった。やけどするところだった。

泊まるだけならいいホテルです

スタッフさんがとても親切でした。
ホテルが清潔で気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

近くの駐車場が少なく、停めれない時はかなりの坂道を歩かないといけないのが大変で、お年寄りには無理かなって感じです。
温泉はすごく良かったんですが、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎるのと、部屋のシャンプーとコンディショナーが最悪でした。
ホテルにご飯がついていないので、近くを探したのですが、あまりなく、しかも早く閉まってしまうのと、コンビニが近くにないです。

過度なサービスを引き算した高級ホテル
Pros:

高級ホテルのインテリア、空間設計、接客クオリティですが、華美なサービスを抜いてある分、お値打ちでした。温泉の質がとてもよく、入浴時間帯も早朝も夜遅くも可能で助かりました。
人が他にいると信じられないくらい静かでした。

Cons:

施設自体のことではないのですが、夕方17時頃には近隣に飲食できるところが全く、大変困りました。
ホテルに軽食はあるものの、ちゃんと食事出来る場所はほとんどありません。

安価で良かった。
Pros:

静かでロケイジョンも良く安価でした。

Cons:

チェックインが早かったせいか部屋に行くまで照明が無く、スタッフの対応が遅れた。また近くに夕食場所が無く遠くまで出かけた。
