Any attempt of a change request weeks before arrival and onsite has failed, badly managed.
Pros:

Close to the 16th street and convention center.

Cons:

Bad management, non-responsive and unhelpful staff, bad communication, and super uncomfortable bed (too soft which leads to back pain)

Pros:

We loved the room which was clean, modern and had a nice view. The front desk staff was helpful and the hotel location is in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I was surprised that this hotel did not offer continental breakfast, coffee, or even fruit. We stayed at another Hyatt property in Boulder on this trip and was very satisfied at the complimentary services they offered at the Boulder/Pearl location - FREE parking on the streets (which were plentiful) as opposed to valet parking at $59/night at your facility.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen, das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse und das Bett ist super bequem. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch, dass das Personal jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist zudem wirklich klasse, wir haben dort jeweils gefrühstückt.
