Just Close Enough to the Action
Pros:

The staff were excellent and were able to help me with all my questions and requests. It is off the beaten path and noise of 16th Street, just two blocks away. The lobby is very small, but the roof top on the 15th floor makes up for it. No pool, hot tub or bathtubs, but the 12th Street Community Center, just three blocks away has a really nice pool and for a small cost people can swim and use the entire facility. The food at the hotel restaurant was also good. Not far from all the action but far enough. Sadly, lots of abandoned buildings along the path on Champas, and those who do not have housing. Lots of great places to eat close by. A Post Office not far if guest need to ship things, and not far from Union Station.

The perfect spot in Denver
Pros:

This is what I'd say is the perfect location in downtown Denver. Everything is within a 20 minute walk, and the area is super safe and clean. All of the people in the hotel, from front desk to restaurant workers were really friendly and welcoming. The property is immaculately kept up.

If it werent for the price of parking and soso help of staff the stay would have been ok.
Pros:

Location was about the only good thing about it.

Cons:

Parking sucked and I was not going to pay almost 60 dollars for parking. Room was standard so the price was still a bit more than it was worth.

Good location but not the service you would expect from such an expensive hotel.
Pros:

The location being a short walk from Union Station.

Cons:

The lack of room service with regards to cleaning the room and getting fresh towels. We had to ask reception twice.

That was a very nice modern hotel and the rooftop bar and view. It’s amazing. Just be aware they donot have refrigerators and they have a cooling tray which did not work if you’re staying there for business, be careful. The food was not great with the buffet, but the bar downstairs food I ordered was great.

Very clean and comfortable, close to a lot of Downtown places to explore, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only complaint is that there’s no microwave in the room which can be somewhat inconvenient for a lengthy stay!
