The bathroom was very small, though recently refurbished to a nice standard.
A lick of paint and cleaner carpets would improve the score.

The room I was given was really poor. There were stains all over mattress. And the worst stain in centre of duvet. Room very poor overall.

Not pleasant. For the price they charge you'll be disappointed. Cheaper, better hotels nearby.

Terrible!
We stayed in room 84 at the back of the hotel. The room was small for a double, decor extremely tired and shabby.
Toilet roll holder hanging off the wall, shower a dribble at best, noisy extractor fan that didn't switch off all night, plug for the sink jammed shut (only found this out after filling the basin). Reported all this to reception, they said they would fix the sink while out for evening meal. Came back late, not fixed. Reported again to reception in the morning, told it couldn't be fixed as maintenance didn't work weekends. Not offered any solution or compensation, staff were completely disinterested.
