The location was great, right on the seafront.

Nice location right on the seafront. Clean. Nice sea view from the room we stayed in.
What we didn't like was due to the hot weather. The room was very warm and the window doesn't open very far due to the safety catch. A fan was provided but this was very noisy so couldn't leave this on. This probably not an issue 95% of the year.
Being on the beach location of hotel was great as was the sea view.
I’ve never walked out of a hotel through disappointment, this was a first. From the outside it looks very worn out, this continues massively inside, walls everywhere with signs of neglect. The room was extremely bland and again never had any attention in years.
Overall many many years of neglect is leaving the hotel in a shocking state.
Owners/management need to stop taking out the profits and re-invest if you want to keep the hotel alive…
Breakfast was delicious. The sea views were beautiful whilst dining for breakfast every morning and the sea & view from the room.

Near the beach and facilities. The breakfast was very good with loads of choice and was nice and hot from the buffet. Most of the staff were pleasant but one particular gentleman on the reception seemed quite abrupt.
The hotel is reasonably clean but needs redecoration and the rooms are very tired, although the bathroom had been modernised there was no shower curtain which meant the floor in the bathroom got soaked when showering. The car parking was very limited and chargeable which was not explained on Booking.com which meant we had to park out on the seafront which worked out expensive. A used,dirty towel was also left in our bathroom when we checked in.
