Very clean ..beach front .. lovely courteous staff
The welcome, room allocation, breakfast, location were all good. No complaints and would recommend to others
Just a couple of minor points:
We drove past a couple of times trying to identify which block was the Exmouth Beach Hotel. We did eventually find it, with help from a local living nearby. Better external hotel signage would have been helpful.
Car parking at the premises was a little tight. We did manage and perhaps no easy solution
The location, the cleanliness, the seaview, the room was really comfortable and it was peaeful plus the staff were friendly. Check in/out was no hassle and it was a tranquil relaxing place to be and the other.guests were also friendly.
Nothing I didn't like really. If pushed to name something perhaps we expected a wider bed.

The hotel was in a fab location and the view from our first floor room was amazing through the large windows.
The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice.
The bath towels are far too small and don't fit round you. Some parts of the hotel are tired and could do with painting and a good clean. It would be a nice touch to put some biscuits on the tea trays. Finally, the parking is a bit dodgy in terms of the amount of spaces available.
Perfect location to explore Exmouth, on the beach front & within a few minutes walk of great pubs, restraunts, train station & shops.
Clean, comfortable communal areas. Clean & comfortable rooms. In need of a little TLC in some areas but would not put me off staying. A little pricy if it wasn't in such a fantastic location. Although surprisingly our room did have an iron & ironing board which was unexpected. Tea & coffee in room too.
Parking fee £8 per night wasn't aware but ok for a 2 night stay and to be able to have car nearby as we travelled there by car.
Easy travel to other costal areas by train that ran regularly.
Parking spaces are quite compact for large family car in places but worked out ok, we were able to find a spot. Not sure how it would be peak summer.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.The location of the hotel was superb.Nothing we didnt like.The staff were really helpful,and nothing was too much trouble.We will be going back to Exmouth Beach Hotel in the not too distant future.

The location was good. it was a last minute trip to explore Exmouth. It served as a base to sleep in.
Room 66 was badly ventilated with a limited opening window. I could not feel any breeze through the narrow opening that was allowed. The bathroom was definitely unventilated with a Vent Axia fan that did not work at all. It smelt musty in the bathroom. I couldn't shower with the bathroom door closed due to lack of fresh air. The water pressure in the shower was not good. I had to have a fan on all night to have the air in the room at a suitable temperature for sleeping.
