We had a fantastic experience at the Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort. The staff were exceptional from start to finish — warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality genuinely made the stay.
The facilities are excellent and impeccably maintained, and everything runs with impressive organisation. Check-in was smooth, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and common areas were beautifully kept.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini. We would return without hesitation.
I keep returning to this fabulous hotel year after year because it is exceptional. From my incredible suite (which is unsurpassed), to the swimming pools, location, beautiful food, and all the amazing staff. And a special mention to Chara who is knowledgeable and friendly, and could not be more helpful. I love Radisson Blu!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel which was very welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff were really friendly, attentive and professional. The food was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.
Lovely place, really great staff. Had a great apartment and upgrade. The breakfast was really good. Lots of nice touches, watermelon at pool etc. Good location just off the busy Kamari strip. Very beautiful hotel. Great stay.
Not enough sun loungers! Can’t move umbrellas so couldn’t get shade very well. Had to wait around for people to leave to get a lounger. Which was ok but not great for such a good hotel.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars .... i would ! We have just returned from the perfect holiday. From the moment you arrive at this spotless hotel, the staff are just so nice. They cannot do enough for you. From the reception, concierge, pool bar staff, restaurant .... amazing. We stayed in the most beautiful villa with pool (1019). So modern in design but still with the Greek feel. The food is outstanding. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. They even had a section on the beach connected to the hotel so you receive the same level of service that you receive if you stay at the pool in the hotel. To name a few staff ... Marseille, Maria, Elina (and the lovely girl who wears glasses!) (sorry if names spelt wrong!) so friendly and nothing is too much. Around the pool the ambience is chilled with fab background music. I really would just book this for your next holiday .... I have stayed at hotels that were more expensive than this but did not receive the same level of service. Sad to be home :(
It was a wonderful experience, the hotel was modern and nice we liked the stay. The receptionist Maria was very kind. Overall a great experience.

Was a great hotel with lots of nice facilities, great pool, room and breakfast.
We had an amazing stay here! We stayed here for 4 nights and there were 5 of us. Straight away we were greeted at the taxi by the staff to take our luggage and welcomed with some refreshments, the staff go above and beyond for you at this hotel, the reception, the waiters, the bar staff and the cleaners, everyone’s so polite and want you to have a brilliant stay. The food was lovely, the breakfast buffet was superb with great options and plenty of choice. The lunch menu had a wide variety that was delicious and dinner had a smaller menu but every meal was yummy. The hotel as a whole is very clean, particularly the pool and the rooms are well kept. We would definitely recommend the sunset cruise which you can book through the hotel! We spent an evening in Oia to watch the sunset and the hotel organised cabs there and back for us so we didn’t have to worry. We think the location was perfect as right next to the town but you wouldn’t realise considering how peaceful the hotel is, also would recommend staying a bit further out from Oia as it was lovely for the evening but so busy to stay over there. Overall we had an amazing stay, could not fault it. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Mirno je na bazenu nema galame,više kao klub čitalaca,moze se opustiti i plivati u bazenu.Hrana je dobra.
Ljubazno osoblje.
Nemaju vrata na kupatilu imas osecaj da ti je wc u sobi.Zavesice na prozorima nisu dovoljne pustaju svetlost,tako da kada svane soba vam je cela osvetljena.
Nema dovoljno lezaljki na plaži.
Stavili ste kaldrmu u delu gde sobarice guraju kolica za ciscenje soba,pa imate utisak da prolazi voz.
Na terasi koja nema nadstresnicu morate imati neki suncobran kao i mesto gde da osusite kupaci a ne da ga stavlate preko ograde.
Kada kazete soba sa terasom onda mora imati terasna vrata,ja sam dobio sobu sa stepenisnim prolazom ispred ulaznih vrata ako zaboravis karticu moras na recepciju ali nisam se bunio jer sam bio samo 3 noci u ovom hotelu.Tako da terasa nije bila ni malo opustajuca za sedenje gde pored tebe prolaze drugi gosti hotela.
Arhitekta je to mogao resiti,tako da za arhitektu O bodova za prakticnost,dok je izgled arhitektura hotela lepa.
U hotelu od 5 zvezdica ne mozete davati 1L vode dnevno po sobi i to da je donosite u sobu izmedju 17 i 21h.Flasiranu vodu morate davati besplatno i pored bazena bar 1L a u sobi minimum 2L vode dnevno.
Popravite crnu kafu jer je uzasna kao i sladoled,espreso je odličan.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Santorini was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We stayed in a luxurious room with our own private pool, which made the experience even more special. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable everything you could want for a relaxing holiday.
We opted for the half-board package, and the dining exceeded our expectations. Every evening we enjoyed a delicious three-course set menu, with beautifully presented dishes and excellent quality throughout our stay.
What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. The service was first class from the moment we arrived until the day we left. A special thank you to Michaela, Visar, John (Abbot), Crysa & Nicos from the restaurant and Maria, and Eliza from the pool bar who went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They are a real credit to the hotel.
The wonderful housekeeping team, who were always so friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. They kept our room immaculate every day and always greeted us with a smile, which really added to the overall experience.
The combination of luxurious accommodation, fantastic food, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
