Enroute from good to just basic
Pros:

Having stayed in this same hotel multiple times, some expectations were calibrated will in advance. Bloom is good in parts. Very functional, though basic.
The front desk team have consistently been warm and helpful.

Cons:

Over the last year, the quality of upkeep and maintenance have dropped significantly. Have experienced leaky taps, missing shower cubicle doors, faulty TV over my last few visits.
In the last visit I saw the breakfast quality dip. Empty dishes, long wait for food refills reduced breakfast to bread butter jam and an omelette.

Poor choice by me, unfit small room, poor breakfast

Cold attitude of cafe staff, unwillingness to fill fruits, warm items, or help with live counter
Very poorly managed

Room size tooo small suffocating
Can’t walk from one side of bed to other side, breakfast pathetic, dinggy

Clean but disappointing experience:

Room and bathroom was very clean and hygienic. However, the shower pressure was too less and even upon complaint, the boy who visited the room was saying "What more pressure do you need more than this?". Also, the breakfast place is not upscale and is a disappointing experience which is not maintained well. Except puri and tea, nothing else was good each day. It's not the experience that you wish when you are paying almost 10K per day. You can't even have a good shower and an upscale dining experience during the morning. Definitely, I do not recommend the place at this 10k tag.

Not worth it. They should be charging max 3k for this.
Pros:

Location and the staff! Especially the receptionist, Sushant or Prashant or something.

Cons:

It was dirty, I saw a rat running around the staircase and corridor. It was ~10k per night which was definitely not worth it. I was willing to pay it simply for the location because I had work in worli.
