The staff and the rooms
The pool restaurant is poor on items, and they don't welcome alcoholic drinks
Hezké místo, čisto, super snídaně . Krásný výhled na moře a bazén.
The family friendly vibes
No lift in the buildings which could have been a bad situation if for example I was with elderly people!
The smile and the welcome of all the stuff from the reception to the life guard is very cheerful and feel like your home
The access to the sea as the near gates is closed and you can walk about 6 min to reach the sea

The location is close to the entertainment facilities with amazing rooms' view, the suites are spacious and clean with new furniture and equipped with all needs stuff. The hotel itself is more like a resort with plenty of green, kid's area, nice pool, and wide parking area.
All the staff were amazing, friendly, smiling, and hospitable espicially the manager Mr. Maged who is really a decent, super nice, and extremely helpful person. He welcomes all the guests in person, makes sure everything is done properly to ensure our stay is comfortable.
Internet speed and coverage are very good.
We also enjoyed the music band who played really nice and elegant music.
We were B&B plan so we tried to breakfast which was delicious with wide variety. We also tried the room service and the food again was delicious.
We overall enjoyed our stay at Palma hotel and we'd like to be back again.
