Pros:

The location was close to the shopping center and restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel’s restaurant and pool were closed. Breakfast was not tasty and very few choices. The materials in the room were very short, I supposed to ask them every day for towels and paper towels.

Frühstück ok, Lage, großes Bett

Cons:

Klimaanlage stellt sich nachts selbständig auf 32 Grad an und das ist nicht lösbar in 2 Tagen.
Kein Restaurant trotz Ankündigung.
Wellness extern in gruftartigem Keller mit Thai-Masseusen auch im Hamam.
Abfluss im Bad riecht.
Duschtüren fehlen in beiden Zimmern

Breakfast was very good, the only positive thing I can tell about the hotel

Cons:

Persistent Foul Odour: There was a constant, pungent odour emanating from the bathroom. It was so severe that it was impossible to remain in the room for more than 30 seconds.

Safety Hazard (Shower): The shower enclosure lacked a door or proper screening. As a result, water flooded the entire bathroom floor during use (see attached photo), creating a significant slippage hazard.

Poor Hygiene: The mattress was stained, which is unacceptable for professional hospitality standards (see attached photo).

Inadequate Climate Control: The air conditioning unit was not functioning correctly, making the room temperature uncomfortable.

Critical Safety Risk: The window safety latch was broken. This poses a severe fall risk, particularly for guests travelling with children (see attached photo).

False Advertisement: The room was marketed and sold as having a "Lake View." However, the lake is not visible from the hotel at all. This constitutes a clear case of misleading advertisement.

A convenient place for a one night stop in Van
Pros:

Our room was upgraded and the personnel is very courteous.

Cons:

There is no restaurant and no room service, only a Starbucks at the entrance. Breakfast is served but the quality of the food must be improved.

Pros:

Хорошая 5-ка со СПА и хорошим шведским столом на завтрак, очень отзывчивый персонал, заселили в номер люкс, с видом на город - нам все понравилось.

Cons:

Главный недостаток - отсутствие парковки, в остальном претензий нет
