Perfect intro to Mallorca Hospitality
Pros:

Staff are incredible. Special shoutout to Santi and Gerard who were great great ambassadors to the hotel and made us feel very comfortable.

Hotel is very nice, perfectly located! No regrets, would definitely come back!

Not like a 5 stars hotel and too expensive, I don't recommend it
Pros:

- location
- staff: very polite and responsive
- different gift: cava, parfume, water

Cons:

- the hair dryer wasn't working: it made a strange noise like almost "dying" and when I called and asked for another one, they didn't have, so I couldn't dry my hair in that night - it was replaced in the next day, after going outside, a bit too late
- pillows: they were too inflated, even though they asked us if we need to change them because they have different types if pillows, so I asked the thinest ones, but they were still too thick, check pictures
- the mattress was too soft, theoretically we could ask to change it but we didn't fo it
- in 1of 2 nights the air conditioning had cooking smell and when we opened the windows there were different smells: smoke and weed, so no fresh air
- the sink was nice, but not practical (too small and we always splashed around it)
- there was a mobile phone with hotel application, nice, but the application didn't work at all, even after they tried to fix it, so we couldn't see the available services
- minor but weird "accident" while I was at the toilet, having the window open, I was sprayed with water (most probably with a garden hose) by the neighbour
- shower could be improved - calcar to be removed
=> it doesn't look at all like a 5 stars hotel, I stayed at 4 stars hotels better than this

Wonderful stay & incredibly pet-friendly, 10/10 ⭐️

I had such a lovely stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel. The entire team were incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and kind, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special.

This was my first time travelling with my puppy, so I was a little unsure of what to expect, but the team made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. They even had a little bed ready for her and kindly allowed us to check in early, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Palma, with restaurants, shops and all the main sights within easy walking distance.

A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Nivia Born. 10/10 and I would happily stay again!

Amazing location and great service
Pros:

You in the heart of Palma if you staying there, great service from breakfast to any assistance. Everything walking distance from hotel, shops, restaurants and anything you like. Amazing helpful staff, will definitely come back

We spent the first few days of our honeymoon here, and it was the perfect place to start our journey.
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, surrounded by so many amazing restaurants. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the breakfast was delicious.

But the staff deserve 15 out of 10! They were some of the kindest, most helpful, and genuinely lovely people I’ve ever met. They made our stay truly special.

We will definitely come back as soon as we have the chance.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, we had absolutely no complaints.
