Super Lage, super Hotel, super Personal 😁
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage nahe der Kathedrale. Die Altstadt mit den vielen Gassen direkt und zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer super gestaltet, Frühstück a la carde war perfekt. Das Personal war super freundlich ☺️

Alles in allem hat mir alles gefallen!

Felt like we were at home and with friends around if needed help.
Pros:

I liked all the staff, receptionists, valet boys and restaurant servers. All of them so cordial, always so ready to help and solve our problems, suggest places to visit, to eat. Excellent!

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like was that we were in the room on the floor below the restaurant and in the morning, important to say that it was after 9 AM, we could here all the moving of the furniture at the restaurant while lying in bed.

Good Experience
Pros:

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel. Brais at the front desk did an amazing job welcoming us after our long flight to Palma de Mallorca. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, recommending some great local spots for us to explore and enjoy.

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it a great base for discovering the city. While the facilities are somewhat limited, our overall experience was good, and Brais’s warm welcome and local recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable.

Ok hotel god beliggenhed
Pros:

Beliggenheden og personalet, morgenmadsterrassen.

Cons:

Prisen er for høj i forhold til hvad du får. Der er mange andre fem stjernede hoteller i Palma, som er bedre end dette hotel.
Der er ikke høj kvalitet på værelserne eller valg af materialer.
Der mangler en touch af luksus, som man ville forvente ved 5 stjerner.

Beste Lage, sehr freundliches Personal insbesondere der Nachtportier beim check In. Parfum und Dufte zum Ausprobieren. Große Ausstattung mit super Handtüchern. Rundum stylisch und gepflegt. Schöne Dachterrasse. Gern wieder

Lovely stay, very central for everything and easy to get the bus to Illetas to spend the day on the beach.
Pros:

Perfect location. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing too much trouble for them.

Cons:

Room was a bit dark, but nothing could be done about that. Would have liked some milk in the fridge for making tea and coffee in the morning. Also, bigger cups for tea.

Top. Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Die super Lage und das modern ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne „drüber“ zu sein.

Cons:

Wir fanden die Dachterrasse im Vergleich etwas lieblos.

Lage war sehr zentral

Cons:

Es waren im Dusch & Badbereich noch Haare von Fremden & auch die Handtücher waren nicht komplett sauber, also es waren noch Flecken zu sehen
