Absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, surrounded by so many amazing restaurants. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the breakfast was delicious.
But the staff deserve 15 out of 10! They were some of the kindest, most helpful, and genuinely lovely people I’ve ever met. They made our stay truly special.
We will definitely come back as soon as we have the chance.

The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Palma and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. And the bed… absolutely amazing! We had one of the best nights’ sleep. 😊
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they made our short stay feel very special. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant, which was another highlight.
I would highly recommend Nivia Born Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Great location, wonderful rooms, amazing staff, and a very comfortable stay. You won’t regret choosing this hotel — we would happily stay here again! ❤️

The location
The beds were horrible , too soft and 2 single beds for a couple doesn’t work good at all .
Fantastic hotel, it really made my trip to Palma even better. The staff members were so kind and attentive. Every morning the breakfast was wonderful and I also one some occasions had dinner at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location too. I definitely would stay here again. I highly recommend staying here in Palma.
Nice property, nice location & large suite
Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a Palma y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para recorrer el centro histórico caminando y con una gran oferta de restaurantes y tiendas en los alrededores.La habitacion era comoda y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadia.
Como único aspecto a tener en cuenta, llegar en coche puede resultar un poco complicado, ya que el hotel se encuentra en pleno centro histórico y algunas calles tienen acceso restringido para vehículos. Una vez que se conoce el recorrido, deja de ser un inconveniente. El hotel cuenta con valet parking.

The location is good and very central Palma. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind!
For the amount we paid I would expected better facilities, such as having duvet available upon request. The room was also smaller than expected.
The staff was extremely helpful, especially Ivan - bringing coffee to the table, having a great attention to details and be very pleasant. The greeting team very informative, giving us a “room tour” explanation. Every evening a message on a card and chocolates - very thoughtful gestures.
