Pros:

The room was clean and very spacious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and despite its busy location, the room was quiet at night.

Cons:

No plugs to charge your phone next the bed and the bathroom got flooded with water on the floor every time we showered which can be a safety hazard. Also the WiFi sucked unfortunately.

שהות מדהימה ב-Melo Athens! ❤️

המיקום פשוט מושלם – קרוב להכול: מסעדות, רופטופים, מונסטיראקי ושדרת הקניות ארמו. רוב המקומות שרצינו להגיע אליהם היו במרחק הליכה, וזה היה פשוט מושלם לחופשה באתונה.

הצוות בקבלה היה מקסים, אדיב ומסביר פנים, ותמיד קיבל אותנו בחיוך. גם בוואטסאפ קיבלנו מענה מהיר ונעים, אפילו אחרי שעות הקבלה. כל בקשה שלנו נענתה ברצון – החל מניקיון יסודי של החדר בגלל האלרגיה שלי, דרך חדר בקומה גבוהה יותר ועד צ’ק-אאוט מאוחר ללא תוספת תשלום.

החדר היה גדול, מרווח, שקט ונעים, והרגשנו שהיה לנו כל מה שאנחנו צריכים.

תודה ענקית לצוות על שירות מדהים ואירוח מכל הלב. נהנינו מאוד ובהחלט נחזור! ❤

Pros:

An exceptional stay at Mello Hotel Athens!

The place is spotless, beautifully designed, and very well-maintained. Breakfast was fantastic—served at the lovely café right across the street.

​A special thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Kiveli and Merilena, who were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They truly made us feel at home and made our time here so enjoyable.

Great location and exceptional staff!
Pros:

Loved staying here! It’s the perfect location in Psiri and close to Montesteraki Square. The room was very clean and nice and the staff were so kind and welcoming, even gave us a bottle of wine and note for our honeymoon! They let us check in early which was incredibly accommodating and nice after our long flight. We absolutely recommend staying here!

נהננו מאוד מלון מושלם

אהבנו את המלון במיקום מושלם אין ספק שנחזור אליו בפעם הבאה…כול יום ניקו את החדר, מגבות נקיות, פקידת קבלה בשם קיוולי מדהימה, תמיד עזרה בחיוך ואפילו ב 22 ננעלה לנו הכספת והיא באה מהבית לפתוח לנו את הכספת,

A Difficult Start, but a Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and large, with a wonderful balcony, in an excellent location yet quiet, well-equipped and maintained with love and care.

Cons:

Our start was not good, because due to medical constraints, the trip was in danger and we were not allowed to cancel the reservation, so we left under some constraint, and that was a bummer. One other small note is that there is no wardrobe in the room.

בהחלט ממליצה ואשקול לשהות שם שוב.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה במסעדה הסמוכה למלון, האוכל מספק והאווירה היתה נהדרת.מרפסת גדולה שפונה לחזית , הפקידת קבלה היתה נחמדה מאוד ואדיבה וכל בקשה נענתה בחיוך ובחיוב.
