Great location, and rooftop bar.
Pros:

The rooftop bar/breakfast room was really nice. Not hot enough to sit outside but a very nice space.

Cons:

Parking not on site, but only a block away. Cost $10 per exit if purchased from hotel.

Cons:

Several rubbish trucks collecfted rubbish from the rear of the property where my room was in the middle of the night. This woke me up and resulted in a poor nights sleep.

Pros:

It was a good location, room was clean, staff friendly. There was an issue with the bedding which was instantly resolved by housekeeping.

Cons:

The taking of credit card details incase of damages? Not advised prior to booking and payment.
Breakfast not great, cold baked beans? Salad with balsamic vinegar, fatty bacon..I wouldn't recommend! Not at all an English Breakfast...
A good location however, as it's located in the centre of town there was a lot of road noise throughout the night, would benefit from some decent soundproofing?

Got upgrade too a room on level 1 with the window facing Colombo street. Worst room in the hotel woth outside noise.

Should have declined the upgrade and got what we booked.

Amazing location and what a great place to stay in. Breakfast was awesome and the staff brilliant

Location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of the city. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly and professional. Loved our stay.
