The best of Christchurch.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect in every way! The man at the reception was absolutely wonderful to me — kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I felt truly looked after from the moment I arrived until I left. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in New Zealand. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Good location, good staff. Modern and clean.

Cons:

Shower leaked. A lot! Had to use the bath mat to bank the water so it didnt go everywhere.

Cons:

Breakfast does not have meat or eggs. And the day we were there for a breakfast, there was a group, maybe 10-20 people. the food is not enough for this amount of people. We have to wait for long time.

Pros:

Excellent location, central to all essential amenities. Swipe card access in lifts to allow entry to different floor levels is an excellent safety measure.

Cons:

No after hours room service for hot meals etc. Complimentary water bottles should be considered.

Loved staying there, perfect location, staff very friendly. Lovely to have our room upgraded
Pros:

The upstairs roof bar was lovely. We had drinks up there one night and staff exceptionally friendly and made a great Margarita. The Continental Breakfast was basic, but okay. I had the omelette both days and not a lot of flavour. I didn’t realise I had to circle what I wanted in it, underlying was not enough so the first day was a very plain, quite tasteless omelette.
Location of the hotel was perfect.

Cons:

Bit more flavour and variety in the breakfast, but generally pretty good
