Overpriced for the experience, simple hotel, comes of as more luxurious online than it is in person
Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

The beds are awful, the pillows are worse. We ended up leaving the 2nd night at 1am because we didn't want to sleep in the bed again. Our backs and necks were so sore from the first night, we didn't want to do it again and make it worse, so we drove the hour and a half home instead so that we could get a good night's rest. The food is incredibly over priced, especially for simple bar food. Both TVs in the room are controlled by the same remote, so that was annoying. The showers water pressure wasn't very good and the inside of the shower is extremely slippery. The optional bath mat to prevent this is way undersized for the shower and if you step off of it, you could fall pretty easy. We wanted to go swimming, but when we went into the pool room, the smell of chlorine was so strong, we couldn't stand to be in there.

First Red Rocks show!
Pros:

Every staff member we encountered was easily a 10/10, we were lucky enough to be the first group to enjoy the Red Rocks shuttle service and it was great! We left something behind and they were quick to help us locate and *hopefully* back to us soon (it just happened)
The breakfast spread was wonderful and again, the entire staff was awesome and extremely helpful throughout our stay

Best hotel I've stayed in for all round experience.
Pros:

The place was spotless.
The staff couldn't do enough for you.
Room was brilliant.
Breakfast was excellent

Pros:

Front counter employees are very nice.

Cons:

The wind blew in small leaves to the front door lobby and they remained there over the entire weekend.

Over the weekend there was trash in the lobby and eating area that did not get cleaned up.

Clean, comfy and staff is perfection!!!
Pros:

Can't up for a meeting and wanted to get a bit of biking in, too. Would've been the perfect spot but the wind came in. Hubby got some in while I was in my meeting, but I was only able to do a short one. Still good, but short. The hotel was great. In a good location, not far from a lot of stuff. Our room was clean and comfortable, and as I said, the staff was so friendly. All of them!! It was nice having a bar on site, and the breakfast was really good.
