Good location but I will never be staying there again and not be recommending it to anyone

The staff were friendly

Cons:

Everything except the staff, it was loud, the door didn’t lock and the bathroom stunk. The bedding was also yellow and miss colored

Nulla, lo sconsiglio vivamente (la mia prima recensione negativa). Tra topi nel cartongesso, asciugamani che dovevamo richiedere NOI di essere cambiati, ed alla fine ci han fatto pagare perchè sporcati con una ferita sul ginocchio. No comment

Disappointing
Pros:

The location right across from Sunset Beach was good. The rest was very disappointing.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor quality compared to other places I stayed.
The pool has decking lifting and rusty nails exposed. Lots of maintenance is needed. There seems to be a lot of staff but the place is unkempt with long grass. Room service dishes were left outside in the hallway for 2 days when I arrived. Needs a spare toilet paper roll at all times.

Pros:

La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable

Cons:

Faites attention au prix du service de lavage de vêtements. Ils chargent à l'item plutôt qu'au kg comme nous avons l'habitude de voir en Asie.

Ils ont perdu des items à nous (Ils n'ont l'ont mentionné, chose que nous avons apprécié) et il a fallu insister pour obtenir une réduction, ils voulaient qu'on paie et qu'on s'arrange après pour un dédommagement.

L'hôtel est situé du côté plus tranquille de Gili T, mais les murs sont en carton, on entend tout. Les soirs oú nous y sommes allés, les bars voisins faisait beaucoup de bruit et nous ne pouvions pas dormir.

Pros:

The staff at the reception were incredibly cool, friendly, and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Excellent service and a great team!

Good hotel, clean room, comfy beds, good shower. Good breakfast buffet, but buffet is served only if there are enough people staying at the hotel. At low seasons, they stop serving the buffet, which was a disappointment, and there are interns in the reception. Location is quite far away from the center area, but on the other hand it´s on the beautiful sunset side.

Kenyelmes, szép és tiszta Hotel. Hangulatos tengerparttal, mozival jó zenékkel.
Pros:

Finon volt a reggeli, de szegényes választék, csak 3 felé ételt szolgáltak fel. 1 hétig ez nagyon egyhangú volt.

Cons:

Nem volt a szobaban eleg pakolasi lehetőseg a ruhák számára. Kevés vállfa.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff

The hotel is located on the best side of the island, close to beautiful beach bars, white sand beaches, a small supermarket, bars with live music,…
They offer movies on the beach every night. It’s really fun!
The personnel was so kind and helpful. They really made sure everyone has the best time. They are always smiling and just very friendly.
We could enter the pool straight from our bedroom.
The room was very large and everything works like it should.
The breakfast was nice. Nothing special but there was fresh fruit, sandwiches, Indonesian dishes, fresh waffles, you can request eggs,… so we were very happy with it!
They clean the room and sheets everyday, so when you return in the evening, the sheets are nice and clean, which was very nice.

Cons:

The room had a weird, moldy smell to it. I felt like it was very humid inside. The sheets also felt a little humid. It did not bother us too much so we didn’t ask for a room change. Therefore I don’t know if all rooms are like that or only the one we were staying at.
