Das frühstück war top! die Lage sehr ruhig und alles fußläufig erreichbar, das personal perfekt!! die Zimmer ein Wahnsinn wie schön und stielvoll! das einzigen was ich/wir zu bemängeln haben ist, es hat keinerlei Stauraum oder Kasten im Zimmer gegeben! wir mussten quasi aus dem Koffer leben!

Cons:

Frühstück aufs Zimmer ist toll, leider wenn man ungeplant länger schlafen möchte ,........ so muss man sich den Wecker im Urlaub stellen!!! leider wird dann das Frühstück auch sehr schnell kalt!! und der größte MINUS-Punkt ist das es in unseren Zimmer keinerlei Stauraum oder Kasten gegeben hat!!!!!!!

Une adresse à recommander !
Pros:

Excellente adresse ! Insolite et décoré avec choix. En plus d'être ultra sympa, cet hôtel d'exception est aussi extrêmement confortable ! Nous avons particulièrement aimé le petit-déjeuner de roi livré dans la chambre ainsi que le spa pour récupérer après les visites (et sorties).

Pros:

Allt var toppen! Jättetrevlig frukost som man får välja själv och som levereras till rummet, bra läge mitt i stan men ändå en lugn gata. Personalen var supertrevlig.

Best place I’ve stayed at in Amsterdam
Pros:

Extremely comfortable, beautiful decor, lovely view, windows that open, fantastic bathing tub, breakfast delivered to room. Also, location is terrific!

The staff was the best part of our stay!
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and nice.The breakfast were okay. They need to have a bit more variety and needs to be a bit hotter when delivered.

Cons:

The room was nice but the stairs on each side of the bed we're not very practical. It made it very difficult to get in and out of the bed without bruising yourself. There was also a large chair on the right of the bed that had to be drug away from the wall in order to use the coffee services. The chair is just too big!
The lighting in the room is poor and in particularly in the bathroom. It is almost impossible to shave or put make up on in that room.
For the price we wouldn't stay here again when we return to Amsterdam.

Pros:

Staff was fabulous and tried to do anything to help. They were very friendly and went above board to try and make you satisfied but some things were out of their control. Location was good to walk most places.

Cons:

House keeping left our door propped open all day one day and forgot to lock it. They did poor job of cleaning the floors as some breakfast crumbs stayed on the floor for two days. Breakfast was ok but would have liked a better selection as we had basically the same thing for three days and was usually cool by the time it got to the room. Bed was too hard and should have king size pillows to go with a king size bed and the bed was very hard to get out of due to the wooden railing. Our room was warm every night due to the AC not cooling properly but they did bring a fan the second night which helped. For the price I wouldn't stay again for what we got.
