De ligging en de ontvangst en vlakbij het zwembad dat van temperatuur perfect was ook het ontbijt was heel lekker en een aperitiefje gedronken op het terras

Cons:

op maandag was het restaurant gesloten maar ik had dit niet nagekeken dus eigen fout maar in de buurt zijn we met een bevriend koppel dat daar in Roubia woont gaan eten in restaurant La Selette top

la sur facturation de 20 euros pour pouvoir accéder 2h avant (14h) l'heure prévue (16h) à la chambre et pouvoir se changer en vue d'assister à un mariage, car malgré un mail et 2 appels téléphoniques pour confirmer notre demande d' accès la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée....

La literie qui était, on va dire, honnête

Cons:

Ce n’était pas très propre dans les communs, au restaurant. Forte odeur d’égout dans une des chambre. Le petit déjeuner est trop chère en rapport de la qualité des produits. La moitié du plateau de jambon/fromage était sec! Et le pain de la veille et donc sec! Même chose au restaurant. À mon avis le cuisto n’a jamais eu son CAP de cuisine. Nous avons, tous les quatre eu une indigestion. Nous aurions préféré un menu 15€ plus chère, mais avec des produits de qualité ! C’est inadmissible. L’hôtel joue sur la réputation des anciens propriétaires.

A 21 h30, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le personnel d’accueil était parti et le téléphone ne répondait pas. Le lendemain matin j’ai fait part de cet incident au personnel: j’attends toujours ses excuses. Je demande à être remboursé du prix de la chambre de 130 €: ce n’est pas digne d’un Établissement 3 étoiles.

Good evening but not so good in the morning

Lovely welcome on arrival and brilliant meal in the evening

Cons:

The breakfast was chaotic as we were asked to complete form previous evening and the it was ignored in the morning as buffet provided. No staff on reception for checking out and we had to wait nearly 30mins for someone to arrive.

Overall impression unclean and poor service (except the breakfast waitress who was helpful).

Cons:

1. bathroom sink blocked, hotel advised on the first morning, was still not fixed when we left on the third morning.
2 only hand held shower - the fixation twisted and turned in all directions, causing water to go everywhere as no door/curtain.
3. I am 1m52, I had difficulty stepping out of the bath, it was very high and the tub was dangerously slippery.
4. the floors throughout were dirty.
5. breakfast definitely not worth EUR 12.50.
6. no refrigerator in room to keep water cool.
