Belle machiya bien organisé avec un accueil sympathique et une zone de détente confortable. Les chambres et surtout les lits sont spacieux et confortables.

Precioso y cómodo hotel boutique en una casa típica llamada Machiya.
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal. Las bebidas y snacks a media tarde. La habitación con literas , perfecta para familias. Los yukata.

Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade. Kamer was heerlijk, groot en schoon. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Mogelijkheid om privé onsen te huren wat lekker relaxed is met gezin. Centrum op loopafstand.

Excellent two day stay. This is a clean, nice, spacious and value for money property.
Pros:

Great location and lovely setting. Not a big box hotel and very much in line with the neighbourhood.

The customer service was just outstanding. So courteous, caring and proactive.

El personal es muy amable , servicial . La habitación estaba muy limpia . Las camas y los futones muy cómodos . Utilizamos el baño privado que se paga a parte y es una gozada. El desayuno te dan varias opciones para elegir , y está buenísimo . El tener disponible todo el día bebidas calientes y algo para picar , todo gratis es una maravilla . Recomendable al 100 %.

Vom Hotel aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. In der Lobby sowie auf dem Zimmer konnte Tee oder Kaffee jederzeit selbst zubereitet werden. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
