Perfect location and nice size room
Pros:

We were upgraded by the hotel when we got there so that's always a good bonus. We love the location of the hotel, super convenient, quiet, away from hustle and bustle of old town but still within walking distance to everything. Great size room. Highly recommend it for couples.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit small. It would be great if there is more counter space in the bathroom as I did not have space to put our toiletry bags by the sink. The hotel provided a small stool in the bathroom but it's not the same as having the toiletry bags by the sink for easy access.

Great location, great room size
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location in Gros. Easy walking to all the good places to eat, coffee bars and 10-15mins to the Old Town as well as the bus station. We walked everywhere, including all the way to Peine del Viento (to view the steel structures). Eventhough there's a bar outside of the hotel, we didn't hear any noise, really quiet for a city hotel (we were on the 5th floor). Also very happy with the size of the room, very spacious (king size bed, a writing desk, a sofa) and good size bathroom (good water pressure). The hotel staffs were super friendly and helpful, helping us to store our luggage for a bit after check-up (before our departure time). Overall, really happy with our 3-nights stay.

Cons:

If I have to share feedback for improvement then would suggest to ensure the room to be even cleaner (some smudges on the bathroom door).

Cons:

Not that easy to find. Cab dropped us off at a park on the main road and pointed to where we had to go. Locals assisted us in finding it.

A great central location for exploring the city
Pros:

Lovely room with a terrace area and massive bathroom and bedroom area.
Perfect Centro location, with a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and 15 minute walk to La Concha beach.
Very impressive! (We were fortunate to have been offered a room upgrade on arrival)
Some nice little local bars in and around the hotel area and a quiet neighbourhood at night.

Cons:

In hindsight I probably wouldn't / shouldn't have booked breakfast in a city of such great morning food options.
The hotel partners the little cafe next door, but the breakfast itself had quite limited options from a set menu.

Great location, quick check in, friendly staff and bright, clean rooms.

Only one small thing - there was a drainage issue with the shower and water overflowed into the bathroom which should hopefully be noted and fixed up.
