Ubicación excelente y buena habitación
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria y la habitación estupenda, buen tamaño y cama cómoda

Cons:

El baño de la habitación era muy pequeñito, especialmente la zona del lavabo (resultaba un poco difícil acomodar las cosas)

Ottimo hotel in bella posizione in città
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, ben curato. Posizione buona, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ma per andare alla spiaggia concha servono 20’a piedi.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, 5 min zum Zurriola Strand, tolle Pintxos-Bars und manches gute Restaurant. Das angeschlossene Restaurant mit der Terasse zur wenig befahrene Straße (es gibt zwei Eingänge) ist gut und man kann dort mittags und abends zu vernünftigen Preisen essen. Reservieren sollte man allerdings an den Tagen Donnerstag-Sonntag) Die Gin-Bar nebenan ist auch super!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im 7 Stock war für 2 Personen geräumig, mit Kind wurde es dann doch etwas eng. Die Couch konnte zu einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett ausgezogen werden. Mehr darf man wohl für ein 2*Hotel trotz des hohen Preises in der Hauptsaison nicht erwarten. Allerdings verstehe ich nicht, warum ein Badezimmer der Leonardo-Kette, das offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert wurde, im Duschbereich und auf dem Boden eklige Kalk- und Schimmelflecken aufweist. Die Reinigung erfolgt auf Wunsch täglich, und es war sonst auch sehr sauber. An den Reinigungskräften lag es aber nicht. Vielleicht fehlt es ihnen an Zeit oder dem Management an Einsicht. Matratze war auf einer Seite durchgelegen.

Super Hotel in perfekter Lage!
Pros:

Top Lage! Die Zimmer waren sehr fein, vor allem der Balkon hat uns begeistert! Und die Betten (Matratzen) waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war nicht riesig, hat aber absolut ausgereicht.

Cons:

Die Balkontür hat nicht richtig funktioniert und das Öffnen war nur unter "Schwierigkeiten" möglich und vor allem nicht stabil. Wir haben es am ersten Tag gemeldet, repariert wurde es jedoch leider nie.

Great and friendly stuff, very helpful, fantastic location, 5 min walk to beach and Kursaal, 15 min to old town, shops, lots of cafes near buy

It was a great hotel overall. Really enjoyed our stay and experience there. And location was absolutely perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect and staff were amazing. Super helpful and always friendly.

Cons:

Minor things like the shower needs a bit of an upgrade with resealing the trim to avoid any black residue.

Pros:

Localização excelente. O facto de ser muito central, a poucos minutos do centro e da praia Zurriola permitiu-nos deslocar sempre a pé. O quarto também era muito limpo e confortável.

Cons:

Do modelo de pequeno-almoço. O facto de não ser bufett não é prático. Por diversas vezes, tivemos que abdicar do pequeno-almoço por ser muito demorado.
