Perfect location and a really lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely bed, awesome shower, clean, really nice atmosphere. The location is the selling point for me. Walk to the beach, walk to the old town.

Cons:

Tough to say the price when that’s the going rate in San Sebastián. However, it can be quite expensive.

Pros:

Nice location between the two main beaches. Walking distance from areas with lots of restaurants. The areas with the highest density of restaurants/bars is probably about 15 mins away on foot. Appreciated how quiet it was. They also let us check in early which was great

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Very soft/lumpy and uneven

La experiencia ha sido bastante correcta, el hotel está bastante bien, la ubicación es excelente y el personal muy agrad

Lo mejor la ubicación, que estaba todo limpio y el personal muy agradable

Cons:

Se podría mejorar el colchón y pensábamos que el desayuno sería tipo bufete y con opciones cerradas en la cafetería de al lado, sin embargo la calidad de los productos era bastante buena

Hôtel agréable mais en perte de standing

Nous y venions pour la 3 eme fois en quelques années. Le fait d’avoir été clients plusieurs fois n’est absolument pas pris en compte.
Les tarifs ont augmenté pour la même chambre avec petit déjeuner mais le petit déjeuner est devenu ridiculement simple: une boisson et une tartine !
De plus, les chambres sont jolies et propres mais mal entretenues : la robinetterie fuit, les joints de salle de bains s’abîment tout comme les huisseries.
Bref, nous adorions cet hôtel et nous avons été très déçus de le voir se dégrader. L’emplacement et le personnel restent très sympathiques.

Pros:

It’s in a good location, near to the beach and central district, about 10 minutes walk from the stations, which was good for us. The room was a good size and we didn’t get any disturbance from the street or other rooms. The facilities were good, and there is an excellent breakfast cafe a few doors down.

Cons:

On arrival, the desk staff seemed more intent on sorting out their problems than being attentive to us. This resulted in us having to return to the desk as they hadn’t set up the key card correctly. No reason or apology given. They didn’t really explain about the breakfast or facilities either. It was essentially one person on the desk like this, but it does colour your feel of the place.

The staff helped us feel welcome from the first minute- it made our stay much better for it. Large beds, good AC

Cons:

Not much, only complaint could be that a bit more variety for breakfast would be nice but it actually wasn’t bad!
