Great and friendly stuff, very helpful, fantastic location, 5 min walk to beach and Kursaal, 15 min to old town, shops, lots of cafes near buy

It was a great hotel overall. Really enjoyed our stay and experience there. And location was absolutely perfect.

Location was perfect and staff were amazing. Super helpful and always friendly.

Cons:

Minor things like the shower needs a bit of an upgrade with resealing the trim to avoid any black residue.

Pros:

Localização excelente. O facto de ser muito central, a poucos minutos do centro e da praia Zurriola permitiu-nos deslocar sempre a pé. O quarto também era muito limpo e confortável.

Cons:

Do modelo de pequeno-almoço. O facto de não ser bufett não é prático. Por diversas vezes, tivemos que abdicar do pequeno-almoço por ser muito demorado.

Super lokalizacja, stosunek jakości do ceny zdecydowanie na plus. Na minus obsługa w recepcji.
Pros:

Śniadanie było raczej skromne, ale smaczne. Odbiegało od standardowej formy bufetu i miało bardziej kameralny, niemal bistrowy charakter. Było to ciekawe i odmienne doświadczenie, które stanowiło miłą alternatywę dla typowych hotelowych śniadań.

Cons:

Podczas zameldowania zostaliśmy potraktowani nieco zbyt formalnie, a uprzejmość personelu sprawiała momentami wrażenie wymuszonej. Przy wymeldowaniu, prawdopodobnie ze względu na zmianę obsługi, wszystko przebiegło już bardzo profesjonalnie i w przyjaznej atmosferze, dzięki czemu pierwsze, niezbyt korzystne wrażenie zostało częściowo zatarte.

Good location, close to the old city and comfortable. Standard hotel in a big city.

Cons:

Parking is not included, although the hotel has a deal with a nearby parking garage they can direct you to. Stayed over a weekend so was rather expensive for what you get.

Perfect location and a really lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely bed, awesome shower, clean, really nice atmosphere. The location is the selling point for me. Walk to the beach, walk to the old town.

Cons:

Tough to say the price when that’s the going rate in San Sebastián. However, it can be quite expensive.
