Hola, el hotel esta centrico en Madrid, muy practico para descubrir a Madrid. El personal del hotel esta amable y cordial, ayudantote para cualquier informacion que necesitaba.

Cons:

El personal del desayuno es poco dispuesto sobre todo cuando desayunas en la terraza. Tenemos que recuerdarles que estemos en terraza para pedir platos del desayuno, se encargaron de nosotros pero esperandoles mucho tiempo....
