Perfect location for exploring the historic Center of Madrid.
Pros:

Really enjoyable stay in Madrid. The hotel was just the best location for what we wanted to do.
Pros:

Close proximity to everything. Location couldn’t be better. Good checkout times and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I thought the value for money on the room wasn’t that good. We paid a lot of money per night and the sq meterage of the room wasn’t a lot. Open plan with shower in the room.

A perfect location and great choice for a short weekend in Madrid
Pros:

Bed was comfy and room had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool but it would have been great to get drinks and food up there before 1pm.

El hotel es muy agradable y está muy bien ubicado. La habitación es espaciosa y muy confortable. No se oye el ruido de la calle. Y es todo un detalle que al llegar te den agua como bienvenida, ¡con el calor que hace estos días!

Las almohadas eran algo incómodas y he echado de menos un armario.

I felt pampered at this beautiful hotel with an amazing pool on the roof top. So lucky!
Pros:

This hotel was fabulous!!!! I will stay there any time I go to Madrid. The location was great. Very beautiful and felt very safe. Felt comfortable walking at night. The plaza before the opera house was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. I took a picture of my bowl of fruit because it was so beautifully prepared. The rooms were large and had many amenities. Robe and slippers, full fridge, food! The staff were excellent. The pool and seating area on the top was out of this world. Best view! If you haven't decided on a hotel yet, look no further. This hotel is truly a gem! I felt like a princess staying at this hotel.

Cons:

Bed was comfortable but not luxurious. I had two twins since my daughter was planning to stay with me one night (but didn't). I found it difficult to pump the soap out of the containers when taking a shower. That's it. No other complaints. I felt like I was on a luxury vacation staying at Ocean Drive.
