comfortable 3 days in DC.
Pros:

location was good. Staff was all great. Breakfast was good- lots of variety. Very clean.

Cons:

Air conditioner was difficult to get just right.. too hot then too cold. loud during the night- waking me up shutting off and on.

I had noisy neighbors in the adjoining room. Fortunately, the staff was able to have them turn the music down

Good value for money
Pros:

We had a pleasant and rather budget-friendly stay. The location was good, a quiet street, within walking distance from the Union Station and the National Mall. Good breakfast (but come in time - at 9:30 sharp they close the buffet). Coffee and hot water available in the lobby 24h. Standard facilities.

Cons:

We had some issues with water leaking from the shower cabin and from the toilet flush tank. The USB charging outlets were bent and unusable.

Not a whole lot

Cons:

The location was not fitting, one laundry area for an entire hotel and it was not convenient, valet parking only and over charged for it was absolutely not okay, room size was entirely way too small for a family of 6. Not enough space to fold out the couch, fit everyone and bags, I will never book here again.

I will continue to stay at Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

I always love the breakfast and the coffee. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I was not acknowledged for a very long time at check in. There was a hand off in process but I should have been greeted and invited to sit while I waited. Also, $150 is much too high of a deposit.
