It's a great place if you arrive late or leave early. Staff is nice, beds are comfortable and you have enough space to leave your luggage under the bed. Showers and toilettes are always available, clean and spacious. For Zurich prices it's excellent

Cheaper than most other options, so convenient for the airport. Actually fine for a night, get towel and enough space for you and a small bag, large bag goes underneath. Aircon made it ok temperature.
Keypads hard to use until you get the knack, almost locked myself out when I left my phone in the capsule and only just remembered the code! Stairs to the top capsules a bit awkward to use, again there’s a knack.

Still loud because in the room they are multiple capsules and people go and talk. It’s not the problem of the hotel, you just need to be prepared that it’s a capsule and it’s normal.

The door code and room code system….very difficult to use & frustrating! Give us all a card with a scan chip, charge us a deposit for the card and when we check out refund the deposit.
Also,I’m a bit claustrophobic so once all my fellow roommates were asleep…I opened my door and eased my phobia.
