Conciencien al huésped de la naturaleza del hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal y la comodidad de la cama. Además el local es muy acogedor.

Cons:

Deberían insistir un poco más al cliente o hacer más hincapié en que las cápsulas son muy susceptibles, tanto al movimiento como al ruido. Hay carteles, pero pequeños y creo que se le debería recordar al huésped en forma de mensaje, porque en mi caso las dos últimas veces el descanso no fue posible.
La anterior por unos padres que nunca les conscienciaron a sus hijos de la naturaleza del hotel y la segunda por dos huéspedes (uno a la 1 am y otro a las 4 am) que parecían ignorarlo también. Creo que debería ser rancionable.

A 1 minuto de la terminal

Cons:

No fue posible conseguir los códigos y solo atendía un chatbot. Al llegar el personal se encargó pero sería deseable que atendiesen las llamadas

Perfekt, wenn man einen frühen Flug hat - 5 Minuten zur Sicherheitskontrolle. Es ist kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, aber das weiss man ja, und die Matratzen sind bequem und der WhatsApp-Chat hilft bei allen Problemen weiter

Die Ausschilderung ist verwirrend und der Weg recht umständlich. Es gibt einen Eingang von aussen, aber an dem wird man vorbeigelotst...

前日に空港の下見も出来て、翌朝早かったがゆっくり休むことができて良かった。
Pros:

空港から近い。
清潔。
シャワー、トイレの数が多い。

Cons:

場所が分かりづらく、困った。
夜間寒く掛け布団は一枚だけなので、上着を来て寝ました。乾燥もしています。

Very convenient location
Good price.
Different experience.

Cons:

It is really very small.
If you end up on one of the top ones, tricky stairs on the way down, okay on the way up.
