Services need improvement.

Cons:

but disappointing service. As soon as we entered our 10th-floor room, we noticed a very strong shoe-like odor and immediately returned to the front desk to request a room change. We did not stay in or use the room at all.

The front-desk staff, a man who wares glasses, insisted on personally inspecting the room and spent about 10 minutes smelling the carpet, claiming the odor was “normal” and refusing to change rooms. He only offered an odor-removing machine.

Fortunately, another manager later allowed us to move to the 3rd floor, where the room was normal. The final room was fine, but the initial experience was very frustrating.

Koko hotele arkadaşımızın önerisiyle gelmiştik. Ve çok beğenerek kaldık. Her şey çok güzeldi. Özellikle çok temizdi ve oda genişliği çok idealdi. Resepsiyondakiler çok yardımseverdi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Konum olarak iyiydi. Sakin, sessiz bir bölgede olmasını da sevdik. Tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz!

Prectical city stay
Pros:

Perfect location close to the Fish market and to explore the harbor area. Rooms are conveniently designed and very clean.

Cons:

Reception area is very small and often crowded. Luggage is also stored in the lobby. No seating there, no relaxed atmosphere for waiting. Check-in and check-out become stressful moments.
