Amazing experience that made an amazing impression on us for our first time in Japan.
Pros:

The location to the metro was perfect for how close it was. The service as well as the accommodations were amazing and everyone in my family was amazed by how organized and well kept everything was. The comfort of the beds was also exceptional. The staff was also very friendly and of great help with getting our luggage shipped to our next hotel. Highly recommend to anyone choosing to stay in Osaka.

Great location
Pros:

The property is modern and had a beautiful layout in the room. Location was good for exploring downtown Osaka. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

You must book breakfast in advance and it sells out quickly as they don’t have a particularly large enough breakfast area to accommodate all guests. We ordered a taxi to Universal Studios and requested a quote in advance and ended up being charged 30% more than the original quote. I’d imagine not the hotels fault but their taxi recommendations are likely not reliable IMO.

chambre confortable pour l'option 2 lits doubles
Petit plus appréciable: désodorisant textile, parfum linge/coussi
Belle SDB
localisation: entre umeda et namda, à pied compter 15 min donc pratique si vous voulez visitez à pied les deux quartiers mais si vous faites un focus sur un quartier préférer un hôtel plus proche.
Sinon accès Métro en 2 min à pied sur la ligne central qui traverse la ville donc très pratique quoi qu'il arrive
supermarché , starbuck / café à proximité si besoin

Pros:

Rooms are absolutely incredible! So spacious and amazing bathroom space. The location is fantastic. A 2 minute walk to the station that gets you to dontonbori in 10 minutes. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Would seriously recommend this place!

Chuveiro excelente, com massagem. Pia grande com balcão espaçoso. O quarto era grande
