Everything, in particular the housekeeping and administrative staff were amazing when we came home and realised my daughter had left her beloved teddy bear behind! We called up the reception and they kindly communicated with housekeeping and found the teddy, they communicated with me via email and phone whilst I arranged for collection of the teddy and kept him safe and packaged him up ready for collection! Thank you so much Gresham staff for being so kind and caring with my daughter's beloved teddy bear! 😁

Nice and clean, cozy room and comfy bed,addition of kichenette available in room. Clean and soft towels were available to use in the room. Have air conditionig was a blessing. There is bar in the loby, and breakfast is served in the morning.

Location for parking
We prefer apartments to a hotel and this is the best of both worlds with an excellent bar and food available on site. The room was lovely, crisp cotton bedding, immaculately clean in all areas and air conditioning which was wonderful as we were visiting Leicester in the middle of a heatwave. Very spacious room. The location is very central to the city and also an easy walk to the universities. Staff are helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent.
Have to use a public car park which is a bit pricey.

Great central location near De Montfort University. I was able to check in early which was a relief in the heatwave. Air con and fridge very much appreciated. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Felt very secure, as you needed your keycard to access the corridor on your floor.
