Pros:

I liked the smell of the hallways oh it was such a nice smell and the rooms was very clean

Cons:

The lift that's just me tho I dont like lifts and I couldn't walk up the stairs

Fabulous hotel. Veey clean, modern and wonderful staff who were extremely friendly
Pros:

This hotel was fabulous for the money. All very modern, we stayed in a studio apartment which was equipped with everything you could need, including all cooking facilities.

Cons:

We opted for a room without a window just to keep the cost down, but a window would have been nice, but that isnt something to complain about as we knew when booking it didnt have a window.

No one’s fault but one of the lifts was out of order making it difficult to navigate to the room. Was like a maze

Lovely hotel and location, and stafg were super helpful

Cons:

Nothing really! Would rather a double than two twins, but didn't make any difference. Also the shower water pressure keeps cutting out then changing temperature briefly

Reasonable value, helpful staff, comfortable, but needs updating.
Pros:

The location. The room was clean. The gym is good for a quick workout.
The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The room needed updating. Chipped bedside tables etc. The place is starting to look a bit dated. Lift out of order.

Overall a great stay for a city centre hotel.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, the room itself was a good size and equipped well. We really appreciated having a fridge and air con. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. A really good location to. Price was pretty competitive for what you get.

Cons:

The window was tiny and just feet away from the window of someone's flat, we could look directly into it. Had to keep the blind down the whole stay. Also someone had chucked a bag of something out the window and so there it sat. Not sure if it will ever get removed. I would stay again but would probably upgrade on the room.
