Exhausting and disappointing
Pros:

Clean stylish and staff were pleasant. The bed I slept on was the most uncomfortable bed it was a sofa bed I’ve ever slept on as a result I didn’t sleep it was awful and I now have to drive home in barely any sleep with a terrible headache I can believe that this would be a bed offered for the price it’s the one thing that should absolutely be right the other bed in the room is also very noisy when the person sleeping in that bed turned over it made an awful noise - very very disappointing stay

Beautiful rooms at a really decent rate in the heart of Leicster.
Pros:

Lovely room right in the heart of Leicster in a beautiful building. Very good value for money. Pleasant staff who were very helpful in guiding us to our venue as my phone had no signal for google maps.

Cons:

The signage wasn't great for rooms 100 to 108. We had to ask fellow guests the way. The room was very warm in the evening. Please note, only minor niggles.

Very good hotel in the centrum
Pros:

The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of great options. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely highly recommended!
