La limpieza y el personal amabilísimo siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la ducha una gozada y los desayunos excelentes
Si vas con tu propio vehículo lo mejor es dejarlo en un parking e ir hasta el hotel en un taxi ( son muy baratos ), es una zona restringida con pivotes, está en el casco antiguo, y con los tranvías lisboetas en la misma ruta de acceso, a la que no puedes ni acercarte, tuve que ir marcha atrás por una cuesta de un 15% durante 50 o 60m y el tranvía delante de mi morro. A pesar de todo esto este hotel fue de lo mejor de nuestra estancia en Lisboa

A quiet, peaceful place to stay at, away from the hustle and bustle of city centre, and after long days walking the hills! Staff were delightful and very friendly. An oasis!

Access from airport limousine had to park by Ballard and carry cases to hotel in very hot conditions.
The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We received several compliments from the staff at the beginning of our stay and on Valentine’s Day 💝, which was very nice. The breakfast was also good, and it was great that it was served until 10/11 in the morning. The reception and cleaning staff were very polite and kind.
The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. There was also no option to control the air conditioning ourselves, it was necessary to call reception to adjust the room temperature. Additionally, the window was not well sound-insulated, so some outside noise could be heard.
