Pros:

It was modern, well priced, it smelled fresh as you entered reception, the bed was comfortable, free parking and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was also right next door to the pub and across the road from a shopping centre.

Cons:

The room smelled a little bit of tobacco, but it wasn't too bad. I think that could be easily addressed.
