Pros:

Modern "edgy" vibe is what makes Aloft fun. Chris the bartender was great fun.

Cons:

Check in took forever because of their new system. Parking was expensive ($40/day). It was a bit of a walk back to the central wharf district. Bathroom lighting needs to be improved. There's no night lighting to the bathroom or over the mirror sink. The room was freezing.

Great location, walkable to most attractions and comfortable/clean rooms
Pros:

The pilot program of having a shuttle take guests up to 5 miles from the hotel was a fantastic value. The driver Mark was very accommodating and actually promoted a couple ideas to see the main attractions near the hotel.

Cons:

Check-in line was a bit busy with only one attendant

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent.

Cons:

Their TV in the room said it had a Fox channel, but it was not Fox. It was some rerun channel. We could not watch the US or any world cup games. I asked about it at the front desk twice and they had no answer. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Also, note that per the reservation checkout was 11am, but the sign posted on the room door said noon. Plan accordingly.

Great price, location, Value.
Pros:

Staff were outstanding from the front desk, bartender, courtesy shuttle, and housekeeping.

Cons:

Not a big deal housekeeping manager knocked on our door 1 hour before checkout. If she has a question or concern she should talk to front desk first as to whether we checked out.

Not worth the money!
Pros:

Nice staff, nice room, very clean.

Cons:

I was disappointed that parking wasn’t included. We were there for a concert and I thought it would be easier to stay close to the venue and not have to worry about parking. Plus, I swear I was told breakfast was included at check in and it was not. And order breakfast at desk and pick up in kitchenette, very strange. The three point turn to get your car to the front door, just not convenient.
