I didn’t stay here. I had to book someplace else last of the minute
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! Worst customer service ever

Cons:

The staff was incompetent. After charging my card we were told there was no room available for us. Booking.com also refused to refund us. I’m never using booking.com again!!!

It was convenient to many locations.

Cons:

Housekeeping came in even though we put no thanks on the door. They didn’t bother to restock the coffee or cups, or empty the used coffee. The shower leaked through the door and onto the floor and the sink pretty much the same. Great water pressure from the sink but a dribble from the shower. The sliding bathroom door kept coming open as well. Not the best place for a little privacy.

The hotel is a little overpriced for the location.
Pros:

Great Staff.

Cons:

Rooms are not very soundproof. There was construction going on across the street. That was pretty noisy.

Modern style
Pros:

Very modern style. Could see water from our bed. Parking can be a major strain. Elevators open to the rear on the floors so a luggage cart is difficult.

Cons:

No place for luggage except on the floor. Very little storage. Very small room.

Not impressed. Two others Marriotts nearby. I wish we stayed there.

Location and the staff member who checked us in, Beau. He was great

Cons:

There was nothing else that I liked. It was a very sterile environment. We could not get a comfortable temperature in our room. I requested an iron and ironing board to press a shirt. The iron had not been cleaned from burnt remnants and it ruined a brand new top. I like a home away from home feeling and this was not it.

Location and rooms were fine if not somewhat pricey but parking and food options were terrible. Chris the bartender was

Rooms were very quiet

Cons:

Parking was terrible, not enough spaces with an overflow lot streets away requiring payment and reimbursement. This was a major issue for me. Breakfast provided was ridiculous, ended up getting breakfast elsewhere.

Confusing misalignment between Booking and the property’s policies!

They charged me 1 1/2 months before my check-in for the full price of a rez that was supposed to be “no prepayment,” and when I called the hotel they said the rez was non-refundable. I had a free cancellation with Booking up to three days before check-in? No coordination between Booking and the hotel. When I complained to Booking the promised they would reverse the prepayment charge, which they never did.
