Cons:

The food except for breakfast didn’t meet my expectations. Also when checking in, we were assured we would have extended check out upto 13 but we were locked out of our room at 11. We had to go to the reception to get an extension, so inconvenient.

Excellent - especially the staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and we also had one meal in Botanica which was wonderful. However the thing that was the very best was the staff. Everyone from reception to the restaurant to the pool attendant to the people to help with baggage.....everyone was so helpful and kind. We hope to return for another visit.

Cons:

Booked my teenage son a 1 hour massage and he was given less than an hour...when it says 60 minutes it should last 60 minutes.

Pros:

The place is beautiful and the rooms are clean with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not very helpful and gave me attitude when I complained about not having hot water in my room. Poor customer service.
