I love the feeling of space. The spa, breakfast and the pool area. Gift is one of our favourite waiters. Remembers us each time we come back.
Room 202 is too close to the cleaning teams storeroom. The early morning dead towel request was unexpected and too early. The fridge temperature remained warm.
Excellent accommodation. Few options of restaurant on the premises was a bonus for dinner and lunch option. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The pool with the sun loungers is an excellent space you can spent the entire day. Love that they have lot of greenery around encouraging birds to nest.
Breakfast options could be improved for the price.
They try in every way to "hook" you.
When booking a vehicle for a transfer to the airport, for me and 3 friends, we were told 600kwm, at the end when we had to pay, they said 600 per person, a total of 2400 for 4 people. 110 euros for a 10-minute drive.

My stay was awesome
The location is perfect, a little drive away from the city is always great. The breakfast was good, just a little cold.
The room was severely cold and I spent at least 30 minutes trying to figure out the air-conditioning. I called reception thrice - yes, THREE TIMES!!- for extra blankets and refill for the coffee station and it took over an hour for housekeeping to come. By that time I was asleep. One call wasn't answered at all. The front desk or housekeeping need to do better with their responsiveness. That was terrible. The beds could be more comfortable. A bit of a strange dip in the mattress.

The location is great
The food except for breakfast didn’t meet my expectations. Also when checking in, we were assured we would have extended check out upto 13 but we were locked out of our room at 11. We had to go to the reception to get an extension, so inconvenient.
