Pros:

The place is beautiful and the rooms are clean with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not very helpful and gave me attitude when I complained about not having hot water in my room. Poor customer service.

Pros:

The friendliness of the staff especially in the dinning area. Michael went out of his way to make my birthday special by getting his fellow staff to sing me happy birthday. Generally the staff in the dinning area are very friendly.

Cons:

I accidentally left my charger. I have been calling the hotel from Sunday 1620. Who ever picks up promises to call me back and they don't. I still want my charger back. Hopefully someone will actually do something about it.

It was worth it and my wife was pampered at the spa.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. The rounds are beautiful and we enjoyed a quiet walk to the brewery restaurant in the evening. Though out of town, the option of restaurants is awesome
