Einrichtung und Lage gut, aber an der Kundenfreundlichkeit kann viel verbessert werden
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Aus irgendeinem Grund waren wir in einem Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer untergebracht, wodurch das Zimmer und das Bad sehr geräumig waren. Die Lage in einem Industriegebiet in der Nähe von Augsburg war für uns gut, da wir auf der Durchreise waren und der Preis ist voll angemessen.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Check-in Probleme, weil Boking.com eine Öffnungszeit der Rezeption bis 23 Uhr angegeben hatte, am Hotel selbst jedoch ein Schild hing, dass die Rezeption nur bis 22 Uhr besetzt ist. Der automatische Check-In war zwar möglich, aber sehr umständlich - ich glaube auch nicht, dass alle geforderten Angaben rechtlich notwendig und gemäß DGVO zulässig sind. Wir wollten unser Auto dann auch gerne auf dem Hotelparkplatz abstellen. Dafür hat uns der Check-In Automat 6 Euro abverlangt, aber es gab keinen Code, mit dem wir die Parkplatzschranke hätten öffnen können. Auf meine Email an das Hotel hat niemand reagiert.

NO AC! FRONT DESK WOULD NOT SWITCH US TO ANOTHER ROOM! They or booking.com did NOTHING to remedy the situation.

Zusätzlich für parken bezahlen und das vorab im Check in. Heißt man steht an der Schranke an der Hauptstraße und muss erst rein um einen Code an der Rezeption für die Einfahrt zu bekommen. Zusätzlich 12€ dafür das der Hund mit auf dem Zimmer übernachtet, finde ich nicht angemessen.
