Service unmöglich.!! Es muss eine Nachtportier geben!!
Pros:

Sauberkeit der Zimmer war sehr gut.

Cons:

1.) Unverschämtheit 15,00 € pro Zimmer/Person zu nehmen wenn man 1 Stunde früher kommt (die Zimmer waren frei!.)
Außerdem :Ohne Zimmerkarte muss man um 22.00 im Hotel sein, da die Rezeption schließt!!
2. Frühstück um 7.00 fällt aus, ist erst um 7.30 möglich-in einem Hotel, dass viele auf der Durchreise benutzen und zum Zug
müssen! Ist einfach Indiskutabel
3. Gäste standen um 22.30 vor! dem Hotel und hatten lt.bookiing com. die Zeit zum Einschecken 15.00-bis 23.00!!!!!! Mussten mitten in der Nacht wieder gehen.

Hôtel confortable
Pros:

Chambre bien décorée, literie très confortable. Grande douche et salle de bains. A proximité du château de Rastatt et d'un petit centre ville agréable. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits de qualité.

Cons:

L'accueil pourrait être meilleur en s'intéressant un minimum aux clients (pas de barrière de la langue car nous parlons anglais et allemand).
La chambre est un peu petite pour un Ibis Styles, aucune étagères de rangement pour les vêtements.

It was a one night comfortable stay!
Pros:

It was in the location of a company party and was very convenient to stay at a very clean and efficient place overnight.
Everything with a code for entry, parking, no checking out,

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking on the premises. I personally think this should be simply part of the accommodations.
