Overall, everything was great: a nice room in a new building in a modern area, and everything was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent.
parking is not free, and there may not be enough spaces available. It was also unclear where you can and can’t park, as the parking area seems to be shared by two hotels.

Nice big room, lovely shower, great bar and restaurant, friendly staff.

Found it very odd the breakfast was placed on top of the bar and you served yourself from there ? 🥺
Air con was not working. I was told by concierge it should be operational soon. The next day I asked again and was told it had been broken for a while and there was no chance it would be fixed soon. Toilet seat was loose. Trash from previous guest left in the room. Stains on the carpet throughout. It looked like someone had leaned over in the lounge chair and barfed directly on the carpet and it was left for some time. Roof deck was closed. Bar service was bad
The location was good for me. Was working in Newmarket and it was close enough to commute over the two nights. The rooms are clean very new and smelt very fresh. I wish I had a desk in the room though, I don't know if all rooms are the same without a desk.
the service from the staff was really good and overall I would definitely recommend this place.
