Air can not working, room very hot
Tea and water not replenished
Excellent, very personal service from the Staff, both Hotel & Restaurant and the standard of the Restaurant was a pleasant surprise; great location in a modern City-Edge Development, just a short taxi- or bus-ride from the centre and quite close to the Madingley Park & Ride. Able to charge our EV overnight, which is an important plus these days.
We were disappointed to find that parking was charged at £20 per 24-Hours, although that did allow us to leave our car at the Hotel while we spent the morning in Cambridge. Our only other criticism was that, although we were directed to the Hotel via the underground car park, the direction signage to the Hotel Reception was poor.

It was convenient for what we needed to do
We complained about the fridge and air conditioning not working properly but despite the promise that they would fix it this never happened

Loved it all
Sehr modernes und gepflegtes Hotel am Stadtrand. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und gut. Das Auto konnte man auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Türe gut parken. Empfehlung: Es war sehr einfach dort mit ÖPNV - auch ohne ÖPNV Kenntnisse - in die Stadtmitte zu kommen und die Busse fuhren oft.
Der Preis könnte (meiner Meinung nach) gerne 10%-20% niedriger sein und während des Frühstücks war etwas zu viel los. Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden
