Мы останавливались здесь уже ранее, и были если честно, в восторге от отеля, именно поэтому мы выбрали его в этот раз. Но в этот раз впечатления не самые радужные: очень странное позиция ресторана на завтрак – ты приходишь в 07:40, а тебе говорят, что в эту волну вы не попали, и нужно приходить вторым этапом, которые начнётся через 15-20 минут. И всех, кто приходил в этот момент разворачивали обратно. Это очень – очень странно, я впервые сталкиваюсь с таким, хотя я очень часто путешествующей человек. Не припомню, чтобы такие правила были ранее. Вы понимаете, что это реально портит настроение с утра и человек испытывает негативный гостевой опыт? По качеству еды – как будто бы есть изменения, раньше все было вкуснее, сейчас все посредственно. Также не понравились номера люкс: окна смотрят в стену черного здания, там всегда очень темно, никогда не бывает солнца, чувствуешь себя как в подвале. Также очень странно было то, что шторы были не выглаженные, а новые, прямо с этикетками на каждой шторе, и их повесили просто на окна – они все были в квадратик, видимо как были сложены новые, так и повесили. Очень странно. Сам люкс удобный, но второй раз я бы в отель именно из-за этих двух негативных моментов однозначно не вернулась. К сотрудникам претензий нет, всегда все очень вежливо и корректно. Считаю, что отелю необходимо пересмотреть политику на завтрак.

Tres bien situe, jolie vue, Très confortable, luxueux et plein des choses a faire dedans et a proximité. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement le resto Fait Maison ...le personnel, la propreté et le calme, mes enfants Lotte World qui est a proximité.....joli fin des vacances avant retour
Peut-être l accueil initial ( attitude désagréable de la premiere réceptionniste contrastant avec ses autre collègues). L'absence de gel de douche et shampoing dans la salle de bain, ( baignoire ) la premiere jour, qui c est vite corrigé après signalement.
The position near the lake
During The Weekend they organize the breakfast but 3 slots and you have to queue to enter. And also for swimming pool you have to reserve only for 1 slot during the day. I understand they have high occupancy during weekend but is an hotel problem not of a client that pay quite good amount of money to be in this type of hotel.

쾌적하고 방이 참 좋았어요.
체크인을 4시경 하는데 너무 밀려서 당황했습니다. 덤으로 방이 준비가 안되어있어서... 더더욱... 연휴라 체크인이 밀린 거 같지만 빨리 빨리 빠지지 않아서 서서 대기하는데 힘들었답니다.
