The stay was very comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great, quiet location within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful.

Cons:

We loved our stay. Just to help set expectations for future guests, room service is not available 24/7.

I guess the location and the human touch from the staff was the greatest thing in this hotel, Eastside, where compatible
Pros:

The staff wear professional location, perfect and the hotel is comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed it and we think we’re gonna repeat this experience.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, wygodny parking, estetyka na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Śniadania przyzwoite, choć nie był to poziom przewyższający to, czego można doświadczyć w innych hotelach 5*.

Cons:

Pokój bardzo by zyskał na estetyce, gdyby na suficie zainstalowano jakiś dopasowany estetycznie żyrandol. Pani, która podczas śniadania sprawdzała numery pokojów zachowywała się bardziej jak żandarm, niż jak pracownica eleganckiego hotelu.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

The food was very good and delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was that the breakfast was the same every day. We stayed for six days, so it would have been nice to have more variety and different options each morning. Overall, everything else was great.

Skvelý hotel - odporúčam.
Pros:

Krasne ubytovanie, velkorysa izba 46m2. Moj muž spal na rozkladacej sedacke a bola velmi pohodlna, čo nebyva bezne. Extra chutne ranajky a velmi prijemny personal. Ocenujem aj kvalitne materialy na izbe, podusky a obliečky atd. Vsetko bolo krasne, čiste, voňave :) Cena vyssia ako zvycajne platimev Prahe za 5* ubytovanie, ale stalo to za to !
