Location is in the marina and close to all the restaurants. Staff were very helpful. The egyptian breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Litre bottle of water provided once per day. Wifi was decent but the constantly changing IP caused some connectivity issues.
Shower head and handle were semi broken so the showing experience was not pleasant. Pool is not in the hotel but across the square in the marina which was inconvenient. When we visited the pool area there was music blasted so we decided not to stay.

There was nothing I didn't like; everything was good.
Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido muy buena y lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento, las instalaciones estaban siempre muy limpias y la comida me ha parecido muy buena.
La habitación la limpiaban todos los días, cambiaban las sábanas con frecuencia y, además, tenían el detalle de dejar una botella de 1,5 litros de agua cada día, algo que se agradece mucho.
Como aspectos a mejorar, reservé el régimen de media pensión porque se indicaba que podía elegir entre dos restaurantes, pero finalmente solo estaba disponible uno. También diría que las almohadas eran un poco duras para mi gusto.
Por lo demás, la experiencia ha sido excelente y volvería a alojarme aquí sin ningún problema.
My stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Every detail reflected a high standard of hospitality and genuine care for guests. The housekeeping team maintained the room in immaculate condition throughout my stay, and the cleanliness was simply outstanding.
I would especially like to recognize Nagi at the reception. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist with every request made a lasting impression and elevated the entire experience. His outstanding service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
I highly recommend to anyone seeking a refined, comfortable, and memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
