Nothing to be honest was brilliant stay

The pillows were very high and hard. The sheets were pilled and cheap-quality synthetic material, what has never ever been the case in any other hotels! It always should be 100% cotton or other natural fibre!!! These syntehetic bed sheets covered in pills felt even scratchy to my sensitive skin. This fact immediatelly lowered my rating from 4 to 3 stars, otherwise the hotel itself could have been 4 at least, as the overall modern decoration, cleaning, and polite cleaning men were all fine and stylish. Also, the elevator had a shrill pan flute song track and other tracks the whole night for the "entertainement", what was disturbing, distracting, odd and ridiculous - especially as the music was carried into the room without obstruction. It made me totally restless, angry and nervous, as Im very sensitive person. Every 3 nights I asked it to be closed down, but it was still playing the loud tracks to nobody!!! This is the most odd thing ever met, as whom does it serve even, as people just try to sleep in the nights, right? A big big minus from this. On the chek-out day the manager came for a chat, I said all my complains, but still they didnt change anything, only empty promises, what I dont value at all. Also the lightning in Olie's restaurant is the worst of all Marina restaurants, as it was too gloomy in the night, as not enough smart lighting. As an architect I tried my best to explain about the importance of the correct lighting to be an inviting space (table lamps and the ambient lighting were totally missing). They had the best spot at the Marina to be the first resto after the entrance, but now they may loose some customers due to this.

TV never worked, so I did watch it zero minute during my whole stay. It must be in function when u enter the room! The pillows were high and hard, but the most surprising thing was the synthetic and low quality bed sheets full of pilling!!! The loud and shrill pan flute (and other) elevator music carried into the room without obstruction all nights long!!! I asked 3 times to put it down, it was still playing to nobody. Who needs this, in the middle of the night when people just want to sleep, and it is even highly disturbing and futile? I never met this before in any hotel! That night music made me so restless, angry, distracted and anxious, is that your goal?

Also the Olie´s restaurant is too gloomy in the evenings, it needs the table lamps and more ambient indirect lightning, but I guess my suggestion was not listened either, although as an architect I know these things, that the inviting soft and warm-toned lightning is one of the main reasons why women choose their restos to eat. But no understanding from the hotel management. This hotel has the best place in the Marina, but now they may loose some customers due to a too dark and non-inviting lighting, although the interiour design itself and food is allright. If u added turquoise, bright yellow, light green and pink sofa pillows as well, you would distinguish from all the other beige restos like a jewel! On the check-out day I had a chat with the manager, but no changes to any of my improvement suggestions.

75 mn pour le petit déjeuner alors que nous étions les premiers arrivés.
Aucune anticipation et organisation. 1 serveur qui travaille et 2 personnes qui le regardent... apparemment 1 seul cuisinier. Beaucoup de personnes sont partis sans prendre le petit déjeuner.
Idem pour le déjeuner.
C'est beaucoup trop long.
Accès à la plage :
Eau de la piscine a tournée, elle était verte.
Les transats sont en très mauvais état et donc hyper inconfortables. .
Fermeture normalement à 18h mais on nous a annoncé ma fermeture à 16h40.
Nous avions demandé une chambre avec un 1 lit double nous avons eu 2 lits simples.
Bref c'est très dommage, il est bien placé.

Évitez le restaurant en rooftop. C est dommage car la vue est sympa, mais 45mn d'attente pour le déjeuner alors que nous étions les seuls.
Et idem 45mn d'attente pour etre servi pour le petit dejeuner.
Ayant une chambre au 3eme etage et de lourds bagages, on a du attendre plus de 5mn pour avoir l'ascenseur à chaque fois

La saleté générale de l'hôtel. Les joints de la douche étaient moisis et la cuvette des toilettes était totalement abîmée. Pour le prix de l'hôtel par rapport au pays c'est inadmissible !
