Pros:

Clean and tidy. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Everything we needed.

Cons:

Bed was too hard, we both woke with a sore back both days. It was like sleeping on the floor. Could do with getting a better mattress. Unfortunately we will not stay here again due to the bed. Which is a shame because everything else was perfect.

Best central location. Room immaculate. Staff friendly
Pros:

Best central location. Near supermarket and centre of town. Immaculate room, very good rate, can't fault. Stay there every time if it's showing good rates. Sells out frequently. Much better option than local hotel rooms, because it has the kitchenette and washer dryer.

Cons:

Room was a bit dark as it was away from Lambton Quay. Prefer rooms with view on to Lambton Quay, which is very iconic.
