A great stay
Pros:

It has a clean and calm aesthetic. The location is pretty and super convenient for food, subway, shopping.

Cons:

It would be great if our room had just a little more storage. We booked one of the smaller rooms, and the size, beds, and bathroom were all fine. But there was space for some wall shelves and wall hooks that would have really helped in making our stay feel more organized and comfortable.

ロケーションが素晴らしかった。

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けた際、早期チェックインと客室アップグレードを追加料金2,000円でご案内いただきましたが、その時は利用しませんでした。
その後、チェックイン時には無料でお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、嬉しく感じました。一方で、なぜ無料でアップグレードが可能だったのか少し気になりました。

Great location to see Sapporo and the get around as well.
Pros:

Great location and we were really happy with our rooms. Breakfast was tasty. I wish it hadn’t been raining so we could have enjoyed the roof top.

I wish there was coffee in the rooms.
