Overall, we loved our stay - we felt welcome and were very comfortable. The location is excellent.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the hotel is beautifully designed - I loved all the wood and plants - it felt very warm, welcoming and relaxing.

Cons:

The only thing was that the breakfast was very rushed if you started at 9.30am, with everything being packed up around you, I think you need to give people 45minutes for breakfast. The galettes were not very appealing, quite cold rather crispy, but the rest of the buffet was nice and very fresh.

Pros:

The hotel is positioned in an excellent location and is within walking distance to major transport hubs as well as main shopping/dining areas. The overall hotel vibe is excellent and the lounge bar is superb, although it can be a bit loud when very busy. The amenities provided by the hotel are great. Bed and room are comfortable with plenty of space for a Japanese hotel. The addition of a vinyl (record) player and speaker is great, however, the speaker is of very poor sound quality which sadly detracts from the experience.

Pros:

Excellent location, near to Odori station, Sapporo TV Tower, Odori park and shopping area. Hotel staff provided great service. Hotel room was comfortable and clean.

I have a nice cozy stay.
Pros:

Everything, especially the vibe, the record player in the room. They also provide new PJ everyday. We have the early trip 1 day outside the city and they also provide take out breakfast on request.

Pros:

三菱地所的Royal Park Canvas就在札幌鐵塔隔壁，地點非常好，附近就是大通公園跟百貨公司，在大通公園下跑步非常舒服。一樓是非常有質感的餐廳空間KAMUY，二樓則是飯店大廳與開放空間CANVAS LOUNGE，結合了大量木材、綠色植物和窗外風景，我自己在開放空間還遠端開了幾場會議，頂樓CANVAS ROOFTOP則是露營風的戶外空間，可以在外面烤著營火喝酒。
飯店沒有日本大澡堂或者健身房，這次房間大概9坪，窗外就是札幌鐵塔的絕美景色，房間沒有電視機，但是有一台SONY的黑膠播放器，二樓有個展示空間可以挑選黑膠，我們當然挑了宇多田光的First Love，就這樣聽著黑膠看著整個札幌的夜景，非常適合厭倦傳統旅館，想回到原始體驗札幌這個城市初衷的旅人。

1. 景觀：第一排看到札幌電視塔、頂樓有景觀露台
2. 體驗：有黑膠唱片可以聽、柴火跟烤棉花糖
3. 餐食：早餐有一個法式薄餅可以選、普通好吃
4. 房間：乾濕分離、浴缸、空間可以打開兩個大型行李箱

1. 房間：1102一開房間就有股腳臭味（可能是木頭潮濕）、可以聽到頂樓的聲音
