Pokoje hotelowe bardzo fajne i czyste. Śniadania serwowane w bufecie, ale niezbyt dobre

Cons:

Podczas zakładania rezerwacji w booking com opłaciłem pobyt. W hotelu jednak stwierdzono, że nie było płacone. Musiałem długo wykłócić się z recepcja, aż w końcu sprawdzili i przyznali mi rację.
Hotel jest OK, natomiast personel chyba musi się jeszcze trochę nauczyć.

Our car was stolen from the parking of the hotel, I don’t find words to explain the feeling, this is unacceptable from a very known hotel, for sure someone inside is involved.

The hotel is modern and comfortable but rooms should be ready at check in time. Staff should be empowered to communicate

Cons:

Our rooms weren’t ready when we checked in (an hour after official check in time) and the communication from the front desk was terrible in this regard.

Will definitely recommend and most certainly return.
Pros:

I want to note the staff that made the stay special Ashley (breakfast chef), Thebang I think (on reception when I checked in) and the security on shift the morning of my departure. All great! The were funny, accommodating and personable.

Cons:

Some issues but they were so minor that it was a non event.
Room key issues on departure day
Shower head needs a descaling
And the free WiFi is a little intrusive asking for the details it does. So decided to not use it.

Squeezed place for a couple. Cleaners and front desk staff not as responsive to room supplies

Rooms perfect. Staff friendly.

Breakfast not impressed at all. Limited variety. Food cold. Was told salmon platter being filled only to be told hour later no salmon. Had to ask for white and sourdough bread as no one was checking.Dirty extension cord on buffet table. Had to ask for salad dressing as there wasn't a oil or balsamic vinegar at cold veg section. Asked them to warm coffee in microwave but was told they can't they will ask Barista to make unfortunately Luke warm coffee once again. I already Had complaints Saturday morning which iv already sent through on booking.com all the food was ice cold and had to call waiter to tell them warmers are off. I have a catering company and most important is food must be served hot. The chef thEN had come out and put all the warmers ON as it was off. To top it off que for eggs as there was a trainee on her 1st day theres a question but no one comes and assist on a weekend where your hotel is very busy . Waited 30mins for a poached egg and 20mins for a omelette. But overall exp not great as iv been to other hotels paid less for breakfast and variety huge eg. Fire&ice Melrose arch wow tables of options for R220pp . Radisson red one table. Sat I invited friend's that celebrated their 20th Anniversary for breakfast what an embarrassment as I told them you will spend 200 on a coffee and meal and come to the hotel you will have options. All they enjoyed was a omelette because it was the only warm food. So disappointed.
