The pool is really impressive, you can literally jump into it from your balcony, there are options for breakfast, lunch and dinner , but I got obsessed with the mango yogurt smoothies. This is a great location if you wanna do activities around : Lili camp Phuket, if you wanna see the elephants. Also the young ladies at the restaurant counter were very attentive and helpful! The food was delicious and affordable 😍

Simply convenient
Pros:

Good location for my purpose - next day appointment nearby. A functional efficiant hotel. Specifically I liked the fact that the hotel allowed me to correct a mistake I made when booking. I booked the wrong month. Bookings.com system didnt allow me to make the change. A supervisor at the hotel contacted Bookings.com and arranged for the other date to be cancelled and the correct date entered. The correct date was the following day. If not for the hotel I would have had to book again and I would have lost the incorrect booking. Rarely are the computer driven systems overriden by people who think outside the box. This time they did

Nothing in particular. Maybe some more western options in the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was sustaining and adequate

Pros:

The price of the hotel isn't bad if you just want to stay for a few nights

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't worth the price. If you want to use the laundry service, you have to pay in cash, not by card. There are shops within walking distance, but you can’t walk there because there are no sidewalks. So you’ll need to use a motorcycle or car, or Bolt or Grab. There aren’t any restaurants in the area either.
