Staff members should treat ALL people the same not the ones that are lighter than myself!
Pros:

My son blanket was removed from the bed and they showed zero interest in assisting to find it or even look through lost and found for it. Unacceptable

Cons:

Staff does not communicate well. The lady at the front has no patience but I watched her with other guests and she would smile and be courteous depending on what you look like!

Communicating with people from all walks of life the same is needed!
Pros:

Property is in a good location. Breakfast is good. Staff could be better. Overall the room itself is good. It would have been nice to know I’m being charged $10 per day for parking.

Cons:

Communication with night staff and cleaning staff not so great. The young lady that initially checked me in was great! She’s been there a short time she mentioned but she was nice. The rest of them not so much

Decent hotel, bad parking options, and poor customer service
Pros:

Location: Location is fine, it's close to just about everything including the interstate.
Atmosphere: It provides a welcoming environment and is pretty clean.
Rooms: Thermostat was broken but still able to control temp from the unit itself. And there was damage to the bathroom wall, but it was minimal, so not a real issue. Room was clean and well kept.
Value: About average pricing for the area
Service: That was one of two concerns. When arriving back from our event, the night check in person asked if we wanted a crib brought to our room for the baby. We said yes and spoke with her at length. Went back to our room and did not receive the crib. After about 30 minutes I went back downstairs, she had forgotten the crib. Told her it was fine, and she promised to bring the crib up right away. Never got the crib or heard from her again. Very poor service.
Parking: Second issue: Very limited parking that you pay $10 for the privilege of using. The concrete parking lot spaces are very narrow and limited availability. Don't even think about trying to get a carseat in and out. The second parking option is a poorly maintained gravel /dirt parking lot behind the concrete one. And yes, you still pay.
Breakfast: Probably the best thing about this hotel. Various choices and the morning staff are friendly and easy going.
Noise: It is by the interstate and there is a hospital nearby so be prepared for sirens on and off all night. That being said, we did sleep okay. I've lived in Little Rock before so I'm used to the noise.

An overall good experience other than the one hang up
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

A staff member attempted to come in our room 2 hours before checkout while we were still asleep. Thankfully I used the latch and they couldn’t get the door open. Not happy about this at all.

Very comfortable and clean with great staff!
Pros:

The staff was SO nice! The room was very clean and well put together. The hotel and parking lot felt very safe and clean.

Cons:

The pillows felt a little too hard and the pillow cases feelt stiff. Someone in a room near us had their TV on all night, loud enough that I could hear it in our room clearly. Made it kind of hard to rest.
