Pros:

Location was great walkable. Bed decent.

Cons:

Party city ... tiny pool.
Collage kids dunk running up and down the halls at night trying door handles . Staffing issues so services on roof and restaurant closed .
And they charged for parking .
Overpriced for what it is.

My stay was great,I will definately be back next year for the festival

The location was great, there was restaurants, bars and stores near the hotel, and the park where the festival was held is walking distance from the hotel.

Great value and location
Pros:

Clean and super surprised with the location and how updated most things are .

Cons:

The "rain shower" the shower part is good but the size of the shower itself is tiny and when showering your inches form the wall. But disappointed due to paying an extra $30 for the upgrade. The rooftop was cool if there would have been music and the bar open

Nice facilities, nice staff, good location in Tempe. We were able to take the train from the airport, with a relatively short walk to the hotel.
