Pros:

とても清潔。
従業員の接客が親切。
枕元に携帯充電用のUSBコンセントがあるのはとても助かった！

個人的で申し訳ないのですが、エレベーター前が食堂と被っており、通りづらいと感じました。荷物が多いと他のお客さんに気を使わなければならず、少し不便に感じました。
