Pros:

Direkte Lage des Hotels vor einer Bus - uns Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Zum Hauptbahnhof Wien sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.

Es war alles gut. Nur leider war am Wochenende eine Reisegruppe anwesend, so dass der Frühstücksraum total überfüllt war. Das war sehr schade. Es war einfach viel zu eng. Ansonsten war das Frühstück aber prima.

Cons:

Gleichzeitig mit uns war eine Reisegruppe anwesend. Dadurch entstanden beim Frühstück lange Warteschlangen und es war übervoll. Das geben die Räumlichkeiten einfach nicht her. Ansonsten war alles top.

Wat ganz ok. Abet einige mängel

Cons:

Wir haben 2 kuscheltiere vergessen von unserer tochter . Ohne die kann sie nicht einschlafen. Sicher da kann das hotel nichts dafür. Aber sie haben es gefunden und haben uns dann erklärt wir müssen eine woche warten weil sie voher keine zeit haben zur post zu gehen. Eine woche später, keine kuscheltiere, auf mails reagieren sie gar nicht mehr und anrufe bleiben erfolglos und man wird nach 3 min in der leitung raus geschmissen. Kinderfreundlich ist was anderes und auf bedürfnisse einzugehen wird wohl auch überbewertet. Wir haben mehrfach klar gemacht dass diese äusserst wichtig sind für unsere tochter.
Auf booking.com wurde mir per nachricht mitgeteilt, dass diese nachricht an falscher stelle ist und ich das hotel direkt kontaktieren muss. Tja würd ich ja gerne... nie wieder...
