proche du tram, petit déjeuner,

Booking , organisation tres nul, le checking n'etait pas enregistrer, nous avons du attendr el'ouverture de l'acceuil soit 1h30 de perdu . appel à booking , l'IA nous renvoie vers l'email, l'email nous renvoie vers Booking... temps de connection perdu, forfait téléphonique = argent de perdu .
vraiment tres déçu de BOOKing , pas sur de réutiliser ce site pour réserver une prestation .
Booking annoncait une arrivée possible des 15H00 et l'hotel etait fermé jusqu'a 17H00.
sur les bornes automatiques pas de checking enregistré avec nos codes Booking, panique, déception .... etc

Das Navigationsgerät kannte das Hotel nicht. Google maps dagegen schon.
Im Zimmer gab es leider keinen Safe und keinen Kühlschrank.

Dramat! Bardzo brudno, pokój nie odkurzony, brud praktycznie w każdym kącie, wykładziny na korytarzach w niedopranych plamach po czyiś wymiocinach! W całym hotelu paskudny zapach. Śniadanie jeszcze gorsze: brudne talerze i sztućce. Jedzenie najgorszej przetworzonej jakości.

To byla tylko jedna noc wiec bylo OK

Przestronny, klimatyzowany pokój

Cons:

Nie byli wody do picia w pokojach. Przy recepcji stal automat gdzie mozna bylo kupic napoje.

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Für einen Städtetrip auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Pros:

-Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar (S-Bahn/Straßenbahn etc)
-Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
- Bett mit guten Liegequalitäten
-Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel f.15 Euro/tag

Cons:

- leider war dieses Mal das Zimmer nicht ganz sauber ( Staub/Spinnweben etc)
- wenig Möglichkeiten für Reisegepäck einzuräumen - nur 4 Kleiderbügel und ein paar kleine Ablagefächer.
- Ausstattung etwas einfach, aber f. 2-3 Übernachtungen o.k ( Wasserkocher wäre gut)
- der Teppich roch mehrere Tage extrem nach Reinigungsmittel.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zuerst nicht in der Lage mir die Tiefgarage zu öffnen...
