Cons:

Why do customers still have to scan and go to the hotel website to key in their details? As I am a Malaysian and have provided the identification card, it should be sufficient; this applies to foreigners with passports too. Is the hotel cutting staff and asking the customer to do it themselves? The hotel can call it whatever they want to, like 'safe water' or 'no-touch IT verification'. It is just a gimmick to cut costs. If the hotel continues to do this, it might as well turn your hotel into a budget hotel.

We’re satisfied with our stay & kids had fun
Pros:

The location near to highway exit.a lot of shops nearby. Easy to locate & free parking & easy access even if you bring kids. The apt room is spacious and no funny smell. The facilities are good, functioning fridge, washing machine with dryer & microwave. The washroom at the pool have hot water, a plus point for the kids to wash up before going back to the room.

Cons:

A lot of clubs downstairs. The music is so loud until 2am,can hear pounding music in the room (but still bearabale for level 19). I think you need to fix the shower screen (a bit worn out).
