Citadines Prai Penang is pleased to offer a Complimentary Shuttle Service to the Minor Basilica of St Anne, Bukit Mertajam, from 17 July 2026 – 26 July 2026.
Shuttle Schedule:
1st Trip: 9:30 AM
2nd Trip: 2:30 PM
3rd Trip: 5:00 PM
4th Trip: 8:00 PM
Guests are required to reserve their seats through the Front Office at least one (1) day in advance. Reservations are subject to seat availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A relaxed staycation venue.
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean. The separate living and kitchen area was a great advantage for receiving family and friends' visiting us for chit chat during our stay. The infinity pool located at the roof top is good too. Great location with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. However quality of breakfast has room for improvement. We plan to stay at Citadines Perai again for our next visit to Penang.
