Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Zaid an der Rezeption. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem gerne unterstützt.

Auch die Hotelbesitzerin ist eine sehr respektvolle und herzliche Person. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und neu, und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ausgezeichnet – viele wichtige Orte und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe.

Besonders positiv fand ich auch die sehr fairen und günstigen Preise. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut.

Ich kann dieses Hotel bei einem Besuch in Istanbul nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Gastfreundschaft!

Great location, but very poor cleanliness and condition
Pros:

The room was surprisingly huge and spacious, and the location was excellent. We could walk to many of Istanbul’s main sights, while public transport was also only about a 5-minute walk away. The staff was generally friendly and tried to help.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition and clearly needs renovation. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our room was dirty, with stains on the bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets. Even the “fresh” replacement bed linen had visible stains. The bedside tables were also sticky and clearly had not been properly cleaned.
There were also several maintenance issues. For example, the shower head could no longer be attached to its holder, meaning we had to hold it in our hand throughout the entire shower. Overall everything was clearly outdated.

When we arrived, the entrance was locked and nobody was reachable for several minutes. We also had extremely loud guests on the rooftop above our room until 2–4 a.m. We understand that the hotel cannot control other guests’ behaviour, but the noise was excessive and no action seemed to be taken.

Overall, this was unfortunately a very disappointing stay. The 2/10 rating is solely because of the excellent location and the size of the room. Due to the poor cleanliness, condition and maintenance, I would not recommend this hotel.

Es war sehr nah an Eminönüplatz

Cons:

Ein Zimmer hat die ganze Zeit nach Zigarette gestunken. Als nicht Raucher war es nicht akzeptabel.

Esse é um lugar com aparencia extranhas, mas sempre opto a ficar nesse lado de Istambul - principalmente perto de tudo .
