Perfect location, picturesque view from terrace.
staff very helpful, even when arriving late at night they check you in. Tela was very helpful. PERFECT LOCATION.
We had a wonderful stay at Bonami Hotel in Fatih, Istanbul and would definitely return.
The room itself was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable — we slept really well every night. The shower was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference during our stay. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel is; despite being in a central area, we experienced almost no noise.
The service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed — any assistance we required was handled almost immediately.
The location is exceptional. It’s very well situated, close to the metro and within easy reach of Eminönü, making it a great base for exploring Istanbul. The terrace also deserves a special mention, offering a beautiful view and a lovely place to relax.
There are just a few minor downsides. Our room did not have a window with a view, the stairs are quite steep, and the carpets could be a bit cleaner. The terrace, while beautiful, would benefit from being cleaned more frequently as seabirds tend to use it as a resting spot.
At first, the surrounding neighbourhood may seem a little rough or scruffy, but after a couple of days we really grew to love it — it has a genuine local feel and a strong sense of community.
The staff was so friendly and the location was great, near public transport and a good local neighborhood. Also, the rooftop terrace was fantastic

Le camere erano belle e spaziose, i bagni ristrutturati e non mancavano di nessun servizio. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi e sia per la vicinanza della metropolitana.
Purtroppo ho prenotato una quadrupla economy dove c'era scritto che avrebbe avuto l'accesso a una terrazza ma appena arrivati la camera era senza finestra. Purtroppo l'odore di chiuso era persistente e ho chiesto all'hotel un'alternativa, il quale mi ha proposto 2 camere doppie in un altro hotel vicino. Direi risoluzione del problema nel migliore dei modi quindi complimenti. Consiglio solo di specificare la mancanza della finestra su Booking.
