Location was perfect. Views from the rooftop bar were amazing, and the pool was an added bonus at the end of a very hot day.
Air con in the room was great and along with very comfortable beds means we slept well. If I ever visit Seville again I would definitely stay here!
Only one small criticism is that the pool was out of action for one day. As our stay was only for 5 days this was a little disappointing.

La limpieza, el trato y la comodidad de las habitaciones.
La parte de la terraza, había pocas tumbonas y muchas de ellas estaban rotas, así como la poca sombra que había en esa parte, hacía mucho calor.
Really well-located just away from the main centre, this hotel is well-run, friendly and has a nice feel about it. The rooftop pool/bar was a real highlight for us with amazing views. The staff were great, we got a good upgrade and generally had a great time here on our visit to the marvellous city of Seville.

great location, room was a good size overlook a cobbled street so we could people watch. helpful staff, great value for money. would definitely revisit.
i marked facilities down only by one as the terrace and bar on the roof was closed for a private function preventing us using the facility in between daytime exploring and going out in the evening, it was one of the reason we choose the hotel

Location was perfect. The Staff were very polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
I was in room 311. I couldn’t get the tv to work, I reported it and they said they’d get someone to look at it, it still didn’t work for the rest of my 3 day stay, (it’s a smart tv system and I had now luck with the QR codes etc trying to set it up) The room smelt damp, the shower tray is leaking, there is obvious signs of damp in the bedroom side of the bathroom wall, wetness, wall paper damp and discoloured. The room smelt really bad.

The plunge pool could have been cleaner - it is a great asset to the hotel but was rather 'green'. Fortunately there was a shower to clean off afterwards. This is my only complaint about the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff are kind, helpful and attentive. The rooftop pool is refreshing in the heat and the restaurant food and drinks are excellent.
We had a junior suite with a balcony and would have been great to have some shade out there. I’m sure if we’d have asked they would have sorted a parasol for us.
Superb location and comfy rooms. View from the rooftop terrace is stunning.
Rooftop pool is quite small and fills up quick. We were prepared for difficult parking - entrance to Imogen carpark is complicated by road works and cost 24EUR per night.

Staff from the start at reception were smiling and happy to help us get checked in early which was then carried with all staff we met and from all facilities to the rooftop terrace we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was perfect, something for everyone
