Impersonal and was happy to leave.
Pros:

It was close to the train station.

Cons:

Self check in and tiny rooms were not relaxing at all. The breakfast was extremely basic and disappointing.

.Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko dworca Ueno, co pozwalało na sprawne przemieszczanie się.
Pokój świetnie rozplanowany, mimo że nieduży, pozwalał na komfortowy kilkudniowy nocleg. Pokój i części wspólne bardzo czyste, zadbane

Cons:

Raczej co można usprawnić: znajomość angielskiego przez obsługę, miejscami niewystarczająca, osoby z recepcji miały trudność z uzupełnieniem dokumentu nadania walizek na lotnisko. Były przy tym niezwykle życzliwe i gotowe do pomocy, ale nie miały wiedzy, jak to zrobić.
